Don't waste your time here bad service my husband had recently a battery replacement and 6 months later is acting up he took the car and they charge the battery and they charge him $200 when on another auto parts they give you guaranty up to 3 years and on les then two days the battery dies again really ? ?

Don't waste your money. The service department is a nightmare. I figured I'd go with them for the "vanishing" deductible... it's not worth it folks believe me. Getting ready to go back for the same repair for the third time ?♂️. I'd give them zero stars if I could

I am so heartbroken right now! I love my car and have always been a proud Chevrolet lover however, My car hasn't been running right for the entire month of July and no one seems to know what the problem is. 3 different mechanics have now looked at it, the last being a Chevrolet certified mechanic. We have paid for a diagnostics and was told it had to much oil in the car, so they drained some out. I was promised by the service manager that the problem was fixed. We have called the mechanic every week since that visit expressing to him that the car is still having the same problems (check engine light on, and running sluggish and rough.) he told us to bring it back in on one occasion, said nope "no codes came up, drive for a week and bring it back if you still have the same problem." We are still having the same problem and he stated he now wants to have us pay for another diagnostics even though the first one didn't diagnose the problem the first time. now I have to start gathering information on what next steps I need to take. I have already reached out to the BBB, and going to reach out to B.A.R. Consumer affairs, and any other avenue I can find.
