Marcus did an amazing job. My car looks brand new. Jesse the does the detailing referred me and I’m glad I chose this shop. The detailing on the inside of my car also looks amazing. I’m very satisfied with this service

Shop did a phenomenal job. Staff was great and did a great job with communication overall. The work they do is top tier. Nonetheless, they finished the work on my car in less than two days. If I ever need anymore work done they for sure have my business.

I was very pleased with Jesus's service, patience, attention to detail and helpfulness. He took the time to help me figure out which route I wanted to go with my vehicle and even offered a free touch up paint when the work is done ( which I forgot to ask about when picking up my vehicle. ) Valerie at the front desk was helpful, quick and efficient. The paint job was excellent and I was very happy overall with the experience and service.

I hit the back of my brand new, car left a bad damage on trunk. Before taking the to any collision center, I read all of the reviewers' summaries from various collision centers then selected 4 to visit for estimate. Finally, we decided on Central Valley based on our evaluations .First of all, they returned the car in time frame that they promised!!! This is the most common complaining by the reviewers for all collision centers. Yet, Central Valley completed the job in time against all;Secondly, the repair on trunk was done with an excellent finishing! It is difficult to find the same color for my car and we were nervous about it. But it was not a case, they did excellent job. We would like to thank to Marcus and Hugo for their kind.Also, their office work very well, clean and courteous employees, specifically tons of thanks go to the lady in the office. She helped us to file the situation, very careful in paper work and payments.We highly recommend Central Valley Collision Center to all who cares about the quality and honesty in business.Services: Painting

Guys, please don’t left your car in here. My insurance is sent by car to the body shop. I swear to God is so bad because at the beginning they just told me like 20 days to repair and they just give me my car and almost 2 months, when I come to pick my car, it wasn’t good. It wasn’t clean they have Laura scratch in the car when I just asked him there was like oh no we don’t have any idea about it and I swear to God it was so bad like please don’t give your car to body shop.

I went in for an estimate today and I was just standing there looking stupid because no body helped me and I was the only one there so it’s not like they were busy with another customer , the lady there just looked at me and looked down and kept doing whatever it is that she was doing… horrible customer service so I decided to walk out if there acting like that with potential customer I can’t even imagine with customer that came for warranty work ?

I continue to have a bad experience with this shop. Had to go again regarding what they fixed since they left gaps. I had one of the guys act like he couldn't notice anything while he inspected. Told me that there is really no gaps and called another guy to check it out and he indeed seen there was an issue. I would have gave a better star review, but the issue was still not resolved. They did fix most of the gaps, but still left some so having to go there for the 3rd time when im nowhere at fault for how they left the work they performed is ridiculous. Now lets just hope the receptionist fixes her attitude and doesn't make a comment again when I tell her I have to stay and wait since this vehicle is my only source of transportation.

Been coming here for 5 plus years, customer was great took one call from a rude employee Valerie to make me stop coming here. She was extremally rude to my mother who answered the phone and just wanted directions to the shop and a time to bring in the car. Valerie expressed she didn't have time for this and when I called back she says don't even bring your car here.

I have taken my vehicles many places and this is absolutely the best repair and paint shop. Their customer service is outstanding and my 2015 Silverado looks brand new. The adjuster's are the best in customer service really care about the customers needs, they're friendly and knowledgeable with insurance stuff so we don't worry about a thing. Me or my family wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else so happy and gratefu.

If I would give this place a 0 Star I would! Customer Service is Horrible! The front lady needs to be replace! She called me at 4:10pm saying the car was ready they close at 5pm! Then I told her I couldn't pick up cause I was at work.. so she was like well make an appointment to come pick up the car. i called her back telling her I would pick up at 4:30pm So she was like okay then. 40 minutes later she calles me to pick up the car earlier because shes getting off early! Im sorry but the business hours you have says 8-5pm so then I tell her how professional is she telling me to change my plans cause she has to leave early? So she goes and tells me if Im having a bad morning? I tried to talk to her manager but she hangup!! I see all these comments im not the only one she has had issues

My car was in their shop for over 3 months waiting for repair. When the last part finally showed up, the shop called me and insisted I pick my car up immediately. I explained that I was working and could not pick it up for 3 days. They said that they would be charging me storage fees if I did not pick it up right away. The staff has been rude. Especially front office girl. I gave this place a try since all other shops were booked out for months. Turns out, I should have just waited for a more professional and quality shop. Very disappointed and angry. Avoid this shop!

Do not come here!! I was in an accident on 11/4/22, brought my car in for an estimate 11/7, they told me they were going to order the parts. on 12/6 i called for an update and they advised me one part was in but the other part wouldnt be in until 1/17. they scheduled me to drop off my car 1/23. I called another place 12/20 and they advised they could get all the parts in by 12/27. called Central Valley to cancel and they were rude, told me my parts had all come in 11/28 so wanted me to pay 30% restocking fee. I was straight up lied about them still waiting on parts was just given the run around. nearly two months later my car was still sitting in my garage and they wanted to me to wait another month to get me in. Super rude and unprofessional. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
