“Made my appointment a month ago. Was a little concerned when I saw very long line of people, but location had not opened. As soon as they opened, line was moving and by the time I got to door, they called my name. My appointment was at 7:10 and I was done at 7:14. Young lady whose name I could not pronounce did an excellent job and all I felt was slight pressure as the needle went into. I did not bruise as she did an excellent job with professionalism and kindness”
