If you are looking for a realtor and are lucky enough to be in Marcus’ area, you NEED to reach out to him! I purchased with Marcus in March 2024. I am a busy young professional and was referred to Marcus by a friend. He was incredibly thorough in finding and arranging weekend showings for me. He was also available to quickly answer all of my questions by text or phone (and trust me, I had A LOT of questions!) At every step of the home buying process his professionalism and knowledge was evident and we were able to close in 15 days! Where do we begin? So we met Marcus about one year and a half ago when we were looking for homes in a total different direction. He was always very responsive and lined up homes for us to look at. We weren’t ready so we paused our search fast forward year later, Marcus was very patient with us in getting back in the hunt, also first time buyers so many questions and needed a lot of direction lol.
