This location was pretty good. I was able to find the decor for our living room that my wife was looking for. The only thing that I didn't like was that I went there to buy a trailer that they offer online but it comes to find out that they don't have any trailers on hand and I have to drive 2 hours away to the Fresno location if I want to buy one and drive off with one today.

I'm really disappointed in the service I got yesterday. I ordered online on Sunday, Monday it was ready. I went at 5:00 p.m. for curbside pickup, checked in and waited - and waited - and waited. I finally went in the store and they checked. The order had not even been picked even though I got the message it was ready. I waited another 15 mins and they had to fill the order first. I was there from 5:00 to 6:30 - just not acceptable.

I enjoy going to Lowe’s but forget about calling. I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes. Periodically, the system would reroute me and send me back to someone who just put me back on hold again. 30 minutes. I had one question and they still couldn’t help me. Gave me a customer service number. Awful awful.

Get it together Lowe's! I have been here for 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring a small order from one side of the store to the other. Do you not care about your customer's time? How hard is this? When you send your customers a notification that the order is ready for pick up, but then the order isn't up at the front pick up area. Why? Fix the system, make it easier for us to give your our business rather than your competitor that we are happy to go to instead.

Well, don't get me wrong, I like the place but it's really annoying when you call costumers service and ask for something and are told .ye, we have it and drive 30 min to get there and be told. were sorry the person gave you the wrong information .and don't have it...... instead of I'm sorry ,how about here's 10$ for your time, Gas I just made you waste. .... Just my experience today ........

Went there today and walked around for 45 minutes looking up for an item, was passed by at least 15 employees in the first 15 minutes of my visit and was not asked if I needed assistance at all and that is only the first 15 minutes. And go figure they didn't have what I needed in the first place. You suck Lowe's Home Improvement of Merced

If I could rate it -1 star I would. I do not recommend this place. If anything they need to shut that store down. Home Depot is better. And wayy better customer service. I had a problem once and I asked to speak to a manager but none were to good use. (As I expected) so I asked to speak to the store manager. (David Begin) someone needs to get that man out of there. He is the most unprofessional Store manager I ever met. Btw: To my information I heard he helps his hiring manager hire women that he finds attractive. And I don't doubt it seeing the way he looks at his female employees. Get new management or CLOSE IT DOWN!!!

My microwave went on the fritz. I checked online before I went the next day.I had a very large microwave 1100 watts that took up a good portion of counter space. The new one is smaller with 900 watts of power. I'm enjoying the usable space more.I am happy about the price and brand. Employee was very helpful with locating the microwave. It was down and under an end cap.There are no issues with the microwave. I just wish the top was smooth so my magnetic food cover would work.
