i have had the best customer service when checking out my buys with claire,she rings everything up ,takes my credit card-gives me the sales slip and a lovely smile.i am 80 yrs old so she always helps me as i cannot figure out how to use the self service machine. patty h.

Just try to get someone on the phone to order and deliver $1500 in products is pretty much non existent at this store. Call customer service, the lady is too busy and transfers me to outdoor garden, guy says he can’t help because he only pulls items, transfers back to customer service, on hold with no sound at all for another 8 minutes before click. Call back, customer service, no person answers and immediate on hold again. Lowe’s, where we we’d rather you spend your money at Home Depot.

I have been to lower’s three time this week trying to make an appointment for shutter installation, first time didn’t have anyone with knowledge to answer my simple questions, second time the same , last time no one shows up after I had been waiting there for 20 mins.
I came back today and set up apportionment again for my shutter with Elia, she is very knowledgeable and helpful, if you need plantation shutters, look for Elia, she is the best.
They never called me for Graber shutter, Costco did and they got the contract.

My brothers and I went into the store with my honey and We were walking around looking at things for when we move into our house and as my brother is just looking at something the worker comes up to
Him and strait up tells him a price and hes said okay and asked how much for a grill and ur worker replies “I thought you were looking at this”. As if he can’t be interested in something else. Then as my brother goes to leave ur worker processed to look at us and tell my brother “you want to take them with you. Nice to know this won’t be a place we’ll be shopping at.
P.S JUST BECAUSE YOU SEE YOUNG ADULTS IN THE STORE DOESNT MEAN WE ARE UP TO NO GOOD.

Visited Lowe’s on 05/05/24 around 3pm. I came into the store stressing about a crack in my bathtub and leaks. Shout out to Luke for taking the time to throughly understand what I am dealing with and offering guidance on how I can handle my problems. He also gave suggestions on who I can reach out to for assistance if the situations is a lot worst. I left the store feeling a lot better because I honestly did not know where to start, I had no idea if I should’ve called a plumper or a contractor and now I do. Thanks, again Luke!
