I heard nothing but nice things about laird and how if you showed great talents at welding, this is the place to go. Unfortunately it doesn't matter if you pass the welding test, they "Judge" you, not your work you can produce. I thought very highly of this place for years, sad to say as much as I would of love to work there, I just never be more Criticized/ questioned at an interview about me then over my work? Just a heads up if you pass the test, they don't care for talent or your Experience at welding. I was told " you can clearly welding" by the interviewer, they don't want people that want to stay with them and have a positive outlook from benefiting from a great career

Really great place. They were real helpful over the phone regarding the parts we needed. William was really helpful In getting us all of the parts we needed. Cool shop. Wow, I've been to a LOT of parts places in in the area and these guys have the highest standard of customer service and knowledge I have ever seen (for farm related parts services). I'd give them more stars if 10 were available!
