When I entered Sephora, Gia, a young lady, welcomed me. My objective was to find a foundation and other makeup products. I explained my requirements to her, and she promptly presented different options of foundation for me to assess. Considering my age of 63 and the dark spots on my face caused by factors like aging, chemotherapy, and other health complications, I inspected the various options. Amidst attending to other customers, Gia efficiently juggled her attention between us. Her exceptional customer service skills were evident through her empathy towards my specific needs and the valuable advice she provided. The level of kindness and care I received from Gia exceeded my expectations and surpassed any assistance I had previously encountered from associates.

I went to Kohls for some makeup at Sephora today, the young lady who helped me was very helpful.
She helped me pick my items making sure the shades where matching.
Her name was Emily (that's the short version of her name) I will definitely go back to that kohls

Arriving at Kohl's in Merced, I was greeter by a cheerful and sparkling clean store. Hanging up were newly arrived clothing for men, women and children. Just in time for spring.

It would be so convenient if they opened their mall entrance. As of now if you want to shop at Kohl's you have to get back in your car and drive around the building to park at their main entrance.
