Jackson Hewitt Merced store , the girls were so nice and very punctual. They got me my refund in less then a few hours. Sarah was so easy to work with and my whole refund was done remotely. 5 stars to this store and the people who work there. They made my life stress free and so easy. Thank you again!!

I was quoted est of costs and was charged twice that. Also I was a bit uneasy as my info was being inputted the workers had a conversation going on. But the girl was easy going, patient, and reviewed thoroughly with me when finished.This year went back and as always girl attending me was very pleasant. She did my taxes and had to go back to add something I remembered last minute. She did as good a job as was possible. This year very satisfied.

I had a appointment today at Noon with Sarah jameson and she was so awesome and very patient helpful and quick with me I had a sleeping child with me! Highly recommended will always come to her!!

Filed with them 3 yrs in a row . This year they were so sloppy AND unorganized very rude and unprofessional. I went to the office and none of their equipment was working so I had to do a drop off and that was 01/22/22 my taxes wasn’t filed until 01/26/22 and they never sent me my papaerwork they just called and gave an inaccurate amount to what I was really getting which is VERY low when I’m a full time worker no debts no anything and I’m only getting back $1,000 When I called and told them like hey I don’t seen my paperwork online from this years file she was nasty and rude with me as if I was the reason it wasn’t uploaded and also my sister filed with JH She only been working about 3 months I’ve worked all year and she’s getting back more than me HOW ??? And last year I got back 4x what I’m gettin this year and I’ve worked more this year than the previous years ? super dissatisfied and disappointed I loved JH up until this year. They have definitely lost a client in me
