Gave us the run around for over a week, double booked our appointment and cancelled the rescheduled one. We tried another branch, made another appointment and the person we made the appointment with took other clients in our time slot with no regard for our appointment. Turbotax was faster, easier, and cheaper in the end and someone is always available unlike HR Block.
