Folks here are beyond unprofessional , i made an appointment a week ahead showed up early for them to tell me they dont see the appointment even tho i have text proof , they made me an evening appointment because they had no one to file business appointment set for 6:30 with text proof they didnt call and when i called they where closed . They screwed me and made me miss my deadline to file . Very unprofessional staff unwilling to their job no sense of urgency

Completely dissatisfied with the service i was given i came to see a professional and instead i got someone who just started when I decided not to move forward with i asked for my documentation back i did not receive all of it and it is now taking that much longer to do my taxes they ve made it nearly impossible for me to do my taxes do not waist ur time here they wont give you the help you need
