Absolutely the worst goodwill in Merced how are people suppose donate anything if something gets wet we can’t control the weather James the manager absolutely ridiculous people can use this stuff this isn’t trash. Everyone in the world doesn’t have trailers that they can just go and rent out of the blue.

Sometimes I'm not entirely sure why I bother stopping in. Yes, the inventory has improved from even three years ago. Before I couldn't imagine why anybody shopped there
Overpriced and minimal inventory. As for now, it's just overpriced. For what? So that Goodwill can continue to hoard money? Or perhaps because management can hit their sales numbers, etc. Either way it's ridiculous.
This Goodwill has risen their prices again across the board. Won't be back anytime soon.

Their donation drop off has been very efficient and helpful ! They were also very clear about what they could and could not accept.

I remember why I stopped shopping at most Goodwill locations. During the Covid nonsense Goodwill moved fast to stop all specials and sales but now that no one’s talking about Covid anymore, they fail to re-implement any sort of sales or discounts. Prices are very high on any given day and now they don’t even want to give you your change back if you pay cash!!! Unbelievably greedy. If anyone still believes Goodwill gives back to its community it’s time to wake up. Instead consider donating to local shelters and churches. At least then I know someone in my community will receive the help and not feed Goodwills corporate greed.

Girl at the register SUPER RACIST AND RUDE ! My 3 year old had a toy he really wanted and once we got to the register she stated there was no price tag and that it would take 30 minutes for her to get a price and since we couldn't wait that long we had to leave the toy and my son crying. Not her first time either. I will contacting higher up.

Since I got my apartment in 2022 around Thanksgiving Goodwill and the stuff that they have in their have finished my apartment it's very clean it's getting organized in the people are friendly some of the prices are high sum are great

All 3 times I have been to this location the staff has been rude and condescending. Once for the store and twice to donate clothes. All 3 trips I was greeted with 3 different workers and all were rude.

Items keep getting priced higher. I used to come to this goodwill a lot but now I don't. Some items are priced ok but others you can go to other stores to buy the items new and they can even be cheaper. There are so many other thrift stores that price their items more affordable. I've even been to other Goodwills and they aren't priced as expensive as this store. The staff that is on the floor is pretty nice but the cashiers are different. Some cashiers don't say hi or direct the flow of the line. People keep getting checked out first over others even though there is markings on the floor that show where to line up.

Some employees there are rude usually the Lady at the register every time I go there they are gossiping of other co worker or customers because they ask for some discount or because some worker gives a discount I don't like the customer service there. They forget its FREE donated items they get from people like myself.

It was a nice experience. I found a cute Hawaii blouse, and plushies for my grandson. As long as he was happy I'm happy..the people that work there are always very sweet n helpful.
