I had a bad experience. I had been doing my taxes with them for about 6 years or more and this year too, they had taken good care of me and didn't charge me much, so I recommended several people to go with them for their taxes. Some did go and then we realized that they took more than our refund for unknown charges that they never explained to us. They do not explain or advise what we should know to make our decision about how we want to pay for taxes.
