We got an awesome jump house! The kids loved it, great pricing as well for the full day! $100 for jumper and 10 chairs. They delivered, set it up and picked up on time with the time we specified. Will definitely rent again!

We rented a bounce house obstacle course for the weekend. Delivered and set up clean and on time. Gentlemen that delivered and set it up was friendly and quick. Kids loved it, definitely our new go to for rentals.

Rented a bounce house/ slide combo for a bday party. Decent prices, easy ordering. They come set up for you, halfway through the party the power part (motor) went down. I called and someone was out to replace it in less than 20 minutes. I was very happy with their customer service. Would definitely rent again or recommend to someone.

I have been waiting over a month for this item they keep sending me emails that they are restocking and I am starting to think this was a scam terrible customer service and it was for my wife’s anniversary this is beyond me at this point where do I go to report a terrible website and I am still waiting on my order I have asked for a refund and got no response what is going on

Atmosphere: Weird warehouse in Merced on 15th & O st, but once you get inside, they have examples set up to show you. If you plan on coming in to see their products, call first or else you'll be stranded outside waiting for no one. Customer service: The family as a whole is very kind. The mom is very laid back. The dad is the opposite. He is his best when you meet him in person, kind and talkative. Through text or phone though, he is strictly business with what seems to me as no emotions. It can feel intimidating/quite scary. I suggest going in person. Products: They have a variety of products, but not enough variety within the products. Their fabrics are not the best texture and quality isn't grand and amazing (like in expensive weddings). However, if you're on a BUDGET, I'd say that this is the cheapest you can get in the CValley. Overall: They never give discounts, so don't ask for one. Again, if you're on a budget, come here. If you want better quality, more variety, and a friendship to come out of your business, it's not the place for you.
