I want to know why this store and this store only has hours posted on the time they close but they never ever go by those times. I literally have been here at 7:03 on a Friday evening with the doors locked and so I call because there's at least 4 employees inside that I can see and I get told, well we actually closed 3 mins ago. Then why even have hours posted. And that's not the only time. I've had to drive across town to go to walgreens just to get otc cough meds for the kids because they want to close early for no reason at all. It's totally random times.

14 people in line and one window open. If you cant staff properly, than close down the drive thru. No one should wait 30 min to pick up a prescription

Literally the WORST pharmacy I've ever used. I thought it would be convenient due to its location near my house, but I would rather drive an hour into Modesto than 5 min to this place. The drive up window is FOREVER not working and the amount of times I've been told "sorry, we're out of that, we have to order it..... oh sorry, we don't carry that here, we have to order it...... oh sorry we never received it from your doctor" (when in fact I WORK at that office right next to the girl who calls in the scripts! I'm so tired of this place!New pharmacy, asap!

This is a reflection on CVS, all locations. We are switching to ANY other pharmacy asap. You get notifications a prescription cannot be refilled yet and you have NOT called it in to be refilled. You can't call, the recording burps and won't do anything, stores and corporate. I can't get them to remove a prescription, they say they can't see it YET I get texts messages about it constantly. On and on and on. You finally (whew) get ahold of someone and they cant do a thing to help. I am done.

Went to CVS to get my immunization record updated. There was a lady at the window who decided to ignored me then she left. A guy came to the window did not greet me at all. He Lois mad and all angry. I told him what I need and gave him my shot record. He looks it up on the computer and just keep typing. Finally he asked another person done question. Then he throw my shot record back to me without saying anything or explained why he did not put my 2nd booster. I was about to asked him a question but he walked away. The worst experience and I will not return to this CVS.

Still keeping minimal star rating in Rx side Drive thru continues to be Very inaccessible Window often closed for pickup excuse given "cash register problems" Drive up open for Covid-19 testing onlyA real problem for mobility to come into store. It's more than a "cash register problem " has been going on for 3* months. Any responsible manager would have solved this long ago. Looking more like planned marketing to get foot traffic into the store Thinking ADA lawsuit might be next step for denying handicap access

I finally this morning, got through to this pharmacy and talked to the most helpful person,Kayla (so?). She is the first pharmacist at CVS who wasn't rude and actually was helpful. The interesting thing is she isn't usually at their CVS. You see I recently moved to the area and needed to transfer medications from my previous pharmacy. Every time I needed a prescription filled and used the app there seemed to be no problem. After a day or two if the prescription did not appear as filled I would call the pharmacy. Anytime I call this pharmacy it has been at minimum a 20 minute wait. Then every pharmacist until today has been rude and unhelpful. I had to call three different times this week about a prescription that was transferred on August 23. Each time was a 20 minute wait before a pharmacist picked up. Now I understand that theses are trying times but until today I was met with rudeness, attitude and was rushed off of the phone. And still after a week my problem with transferring prescriptions isn't resolved. This tells me there is a problem with training and management at the CVS on Yosemite store #7206. I have not had this problem at the CVS where I lived nor when I have traveled to other areas. The pharmacy at Yosemite in Merced needs to get it together and at least have basic manners. Thank you again to Kayla who I spoke to this morning. As for the rest of that pharmacy maybe a call to corporate will change their attitude.

Have never had a problem with this pharmacy. The employees are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about their store layout and can direct you to what ever you are looking to buy. I like going there.

This place is the worst ever. First it is dark and dirty feeling. Pharmacy is a huge disappointment. No customer service. They take forever to greet and help you. They mess up my medications or not have them ready.
