Known Janeen forever. Brought my one year old Brittany Spaniel in for the first. My Brittany and Janeen bonded and she had the best first grooming ever. Janeen gave her praise and reassurance thru the process. Very pleased with Critter Cuts!!

I'm a very big review person, it helps me and I would love to be able to help others in making their decision. DO IT! This place is AMAZING in every aspect! Making sure your pet is up to date with their vaccinations to not only protect your dog but other dogs as well. Asking ALL the right questions like health wise and what you envisioned your dog to look like. I had the pleasure to work with Janeen, and she delivered! I will say she is very up front with you and her number one priority is the dog! This is my first time here and we found our forever groomer! Thank you so much for putting your love and dedication to ALL the dogs who make their way into your business! There isn't enough words to thank you and knowing my Bruno was safe and being well taken care of. 100/10!!!!

Love taking my dog to Critter Cuts for her monthly grooming session. Staff is friendly and professional, and I know my dog is in good hands once I drop her off. I especially love the pictures they take of the dogs after they've finished with the grooming.process. And each month, the photo backdrop is different. So cute!

My first time taking one my fur babies in for nail trim. I will be taking my others in too. They were amazing. I adore people that have a since of humor, there was none lacking, professional, courteous, quick, very welcoming, I didnt want to leave lol. I pray God bless this business with more customers than they can handle?

Chelsea took care of my boy for me! I called super last minute to get an appointment and she was fortunateLy able to squeeze me in!!She was super understanding of his past and went the extra mile with him being nervous! She was super sweet and took great care of him! His nails are done perfectly and omg he smells HEAVENLY! I unfortunately am moving next week so this was my first and last time going but i hope this review finds the right person to bring more business to them! Thank you guys for everything! What an awesome experience from start to finish!

Janeen has been grooming my sogs for years. She takes such good care of my pets when she has them, and takes cute pictures with them after making them adorable.

Janeen is awesome. I know I asked a lot of questions and I was nervous because Jax has never been to a groomer but she did an excellent job on him. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. I really appreciate her patience with Jax. Definitely would come back and recommend her.

It was my first time bringing my dog to get groomed. It was a really great experience. Friendly staff. They took good care of my baby boy. There was a lot of hair everywhere but it is also a small shop so it didn’t bother me too much(also it’s a hair shop for dogs so of course there’s going to be hair just adding because I know some people are very picky about thing like that). The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars was because none of the staff wore a mask. Maybe one did from what I saw. But besides that I had a great experience overall. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . I’m definitely coming back. I had a great time and my dog had a great time. He came out looking really nice and clean. Exactly how I wanted him to look. My vision came to life!
