There was finally a helpful person there when I got my Galaxy s-20 cause other than that I'd have just left it blank with no star darn little kid didn't even acknowledge me and then she acted as if I just interrupted her quiet time.

The service is very good, they have very intelligent workers, but I bought a protector for my cell phone and after a month it broke. I thought it would last me a long time because Ami became a bit expensive for the time it served me.

I walk in and get greeted with a snotty look from a very unhelpful cricket associate with whom I had the pleasure of dealing with again and it's the same thing over and over with her no communication skills what so ever she's passive aggressive rude and her behavior & attitude is uncalled for this person will always hurt a company's bottom line I was in the market for 2 phones galaxy s-20 and an I-phone as well good thing I had the pleasure of meeting Irene the sales rep. Who spoke and treated me like my business mattered she is at the olive ave location by sizzler.
