This facility is right off the highway and very easy to get to.Noteworthy details: My only notes were that I had express permission to park my work vehicle in a particular spot. At 8:30 at night on the second day of my 4 day stay, the desk clerk (?) over-ruled the AM's permission and advised me he was capable of towing my vehicle if not moved.I spoke with the AM the following morning, and she took care of it. Thank you once again!

Enjoyed my stay at Courtyard in Merced. Facility was clean, safe, and accommodating. Staff was attentive, courteous, and quick. Restaurant had delicious appetizers and entrees with pricey but stiff drinks. Breakfast was outstanding and cooked to order.

My sister and I made a last minute stop at this hotel after a long trip back home. Front desk was friendly even it being 1am when we checked in. Rooms are dated, could really use some sprucing up but the hotel is situated in a quiet location not far from CA-99 which is very nice. It’s your average courtyard hotel and nothing special. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed at many hotels within the brand. I’ve been to some really great older hotels and some terrible older hotels. This one is in the middle of the pack for me and it’s a good place to stay for a short business trip or if you’re just passing through.Rooms: Rooms re a bit dated but looking at the area, it’s probably the same at the other hotels around the neighborhood.

I stayed at this location during business. The location was great right by the freeway. The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. My vehicle was safe which was a plus.

A standard middle-of-the-road hotel. The room I was in was awkward because the TV was off the side and very hard to see from the bed. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not included.

I stayed here 5 nights for a work trip. My room was clean and had a king bed, a sofa bed with a rolling ottoman, a desk, and a table that pulled out from under the desk. I was staying alone, but this room could certainly accommodate 3-4 people in a pinch. The breakfast is not included, so I can’t vouch for that because I bought grocery items for breakfast. They have a breakfast menu and Starbucks coffee and bakery items. The room had a coffee maker (although there was only one regular portion and one decaf portion of coffee), as well as a microwave and a mini fridge. The mini fridge does not have a freezer compartment, but there is an ice machine and soda vending machine. The staff was very kind, and the lobby/restaurant area has lots of seating areas if you’re working from the hotel. There is complimentary on-site parking. While there wasn’t anything I felt was above and beyond about this stay, I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely return next time I’m working in this area.Safety: I felt very safe at the hotel itself, and there were no issues with my car being parked outside. However, I refrained from walking around in the area surrounding the hotel because it didn’t feel entirely safe.Walkability: I would not say this hotel is in a walkable area. There are a lot of nearby highways and not many businesses within walking distance.

Had a great experience at the Courtyard when staying at the Spa room which included a lovely large whirlpool right in the middle of the bedroom. It was a great way to relax before the start of our Yosemite trip. Staff was friendly and treated well as a Marriott Titanium.

My family stayed here one night halfway to a trip to visit some family. My mom really likes staying at hotels that have a hot tub, because it feels good on her arthritis, but the last few hotels we’ve stayed in have had theirs temporarily shut down. So we really wanted to make sure to call the place before we went. This was the only hotel that we were able to actually contact the front desk instead of a call center. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. In particular I’d like to shout out Rose, who was working the night we arrived. She went out of her way to help us multiple times and offered to come up and bring us anything if we needed it. Jessica at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. The rooms and all of the additional facilities were very clean and seemed recently updated. We also appreciated the gazebo area outside of the pool room. A couple of my family members smoke and it was nice to have a dedicated area that wasn’t just a tiny bench outside. As a non-smoker it was nice to be able to hang out with my family and chat by a nice fire pit with comfy chairs. All in all, we really enjoyed our short stay here and will go out of our way to stay here in the future.

I love staying here it’s always super clean and plenty of big towels and the flat screen tv is so clear and has several channels and movies including HBO! Check out isn’t until 12pm- makes it so nice!

Probably one of the nicer places in that area. Good lobby and sitting area. Disappointed that the shampoo and conditioner were both empty AND there wasn't a hairdryer. Basics are everything.

I liked this hotel. It's a solid business traveler location. Hotel is clean and rooms are well kept. Staff was nice across the board. Happy hour dinner and a beer is a good deal.

the pool at evening time was really really nice. The air in the pool room was toasty and the water was just right!! There were two shallow depths at 3'6 and 5', so that was very pleasantly safe to relax in. Other than that they did have water in the lobby for folks, and it was a very clean space on the 1st floor.
