Cosmo prof is so must better with the new manger Gris. Her and her staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I am a licensed massage therapist and Gris always tells me about the sales when I come in.

I just noticed that Cosmo is open everyday. That's crazy but very much appreciated since we work just about everyday. I love going in and I'm sure I spend way too much there. All the girls are great and always helpful. I don't think in all my years of going in have I ever recieved bad service. With opening our second salon Griselda the store manager has literally be a life saver. We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Cosmo team for all you do.

My friend and I were in today around 3:30. While we were greeted and told to ask if we had any questions, the sentiment was not accompanied with a friendly tone or a smile. We asked a few questions that were addressed with lazy answers at best: "Which of these products is better?" "That one"....Um ok, why?

My friend and I were in today around 3:30. While we were greeted and told to ask if we had any questions, the sentiment was not accompanied with a friendly tone or a smile. We asked a few questions that were addressed with lazy answers at best: "Which of these products is better?" "That one"....Um ok, why? "Do you have more of this in the back." "No"....ok do you have another suggestion? This was both from the manager and other employees. All three of them were behind the register when we checked out for some reason. None of the clearance items were clearly marked. I worked retail for many years so I try not to give retail employees a hard time, and be as nice as possible, but come on. A store that requires a licence to buy from should offer better service than this, I'd rather buy from Sallys or drive to Turlock than go in there again.
