Drive through ATM is definitely doesn't get taken care of told the employee she said we don't get paid to clean it it's like that all the time .

Brenda helped me open an account for my new LLC. She went thru the paperwork and got my account opened. I got my debit card and checks quickly and for free. It was really easy I just showed her the paper work from my LLaC filing and answered a few questions and I was set up. The tellers at this CitiBank are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a friendly, easy going bank experience.

I just left you Merced branch on M Street and it was a horrible experience with your branch manager. Horrible approach, lack of member experience and no sympathy to explain the “whys” of not making an exception to take a cash deposit. Only kept repeating that Wells Fargo and other institutions don’t take cash deposits for over two years. I expressed not having an interest on opening an account and her response was “ There you go” what was that supposed to mean to a potential customer? Wow! This manager needs to be retrained on how to approach these types of situations. A real leader will provide the “why’s “ to potential customers. With that approach I will guarantee I will spread out the word on the type of business she is running and how horrible approach she has towards people. I was trying to make a cash deposit into my brothers account to pay for his rent and my deposit was turned down. I never heard a financial institution turning down cash. I was told I had to open an account to make the deposit into my brothers account. That didn’t make any sense to me to have me open an account just to make a deposit into an existing account. I work for a financial institution and we have never turn down a cash deposit. I guarantee I will never open an account with Citibank!!! I will share this experience with many people as I can.

I have to pass my instructions via notes like a bank robber. Today was no exception. I told teller I wanted 20 dollars in one dollar bills. She gives me $21. Exacerbated I go back to another teller and deposit $1. Next time I'll just say $20 and wait for teller to ask in what denominations.

01-13-2021 UPDATE: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Citibank Merced, CA branch manager redeemed why I should continue banking with Citibank another 23 years. She fixed a technical issue with my checking account Privacy Options that Citibank Customer and Technical support departments in the Philippines could not fix after 3 hours on the phone. If Experian Boost credit monitoring service can now have Citibank share my on time payments and boost my FICO score we can refinance all our rental properties and save $60,000 to $100,000 in interest over the next 10 to 15 years. Thank you Merced Citibank for saving us more than enough to pay off our new Lexus. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Citibank representation from Philippines is so unprofessional and not well trained for dealing with Americans standards, first need have more knowledge in dealing our lifestyles and have more comprehension on what customer is asking for at the moment, many times I call they don’t understand what your asking and need call back until one with more understanding and is knowledgeable with bank policy and procedures please give more training to your employees.

Having to putt a hold on half of my check no way I told the lady over the counter I bet thay dont put a hold on half of your check she stood quite and nodded no thay do not but I'm a government employee and half of my check 10 years threw you guys and this I'm done I concealed out my account.
