“I love the work this establishment provides. However, when you are the best body shop in the central valley you pay the price of being so busy that the wait is over a month for service.
Most insurance companies won't give you a rental past 30 days so this can pose an issue for those with only one vehicle.
Overall though, it is worth the wait because most of the other shops just don't care enough to provide the quality that Pete's Auto Body does.”

“Took care of my collision through our insurance claim effectively and made it like it never happened. Also a few months after my car started making a rattling noise and they looked at it for free and fixed it as a courtesy to a former customer at no cost since it was just the muffler rubbing against a bent cross member from my wife hitting a animal or piece of wood or something that had bent it but not damaged the undercarriage. I would recommend them for your collision and glass repair needs and would highly recommend them if your insurance or the insurance that the claim is on uses them as an authorized repair shop.”

“There was a mix up with my service appointment and I was told to show up 2:30 but it was not moved to 2:30 in the system.
When I got there Mark worked with me and when we discovered what had happened. Mark said “that is our fault not yours, we will take care of you”. He got me in between cars and got the oil change done on my Corvette. I am very happy with the service! I will always come back to Merced Chevy solely based on Mark’s service and honesty.
