Every single Best Buy store that I've ever shopped in has always been organized, have friendly staff that will be able to help you figure out your computer needs, TV needs, or help you with peripherals to ensure that you don't buy the wrong product. It's like home Depot for electronics. The only downfall is that they never give you all of the specs for their computers, and they have a hard time competing with Amazon because Best Buy is a brick and mortar store. (Has a physical location instead of only being online).

I find it disrespectful that I called 10 minutes before closing for a quick question and they left me on hold for 10 minutes until closing. They are still on the clock, why get lazy.

Poor customer service, I went in specifically asking for a apple watch SE 40mm midnight. She took forever to find it. I asked to see the box to make sure she grabbed the right product but she wouldn't let me see it. She scanned the wrong product I told her I didn't want that one. She said she thought I asked for a 45mm. They don't even make SE models in 45mm SMH.

Love the staff, greeted me and asked me if I needed help the moment I walked in. Very professional. Employee named hui was very helpful during my online pickup and showed me how to connect my new laptop to printer.

Worst experience ever I came to repair my phone, a girl by the name of faith was trying to help me. She was very rude. I told her I have an appointment I need to speak to the tech she refused. She’s like they can’t talk to you. And she was so rude with me I walked away and she was like don’t come back. I went outside. I called the tech direct line. He answered. He told me to come back in and he will help me. He was very nice. He took my phone check in and got me going thanks to him, but this girl really doesn’t deserve to work for this store she was unprofessional after I walked away. I got a text that I didn’t show up for my appointment. It doesn’t get worse than that.
