I was not happy with the services we received. When i got my dog back, he was still very much wet. His face was still dirty. I understand you can’t wet a dogs face, but it still could have got wiped down. His teeth had not been brushed even though it was supposed to be included in the service. My dog also came home with flees. Will not be returning or recommending.

I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the first time I brought my dog there and it definitely won't be the last. She doesn't even smell like a dog. Rosie looks like a puppy again. Yayyyy
You never know if your experience will be like the one in the reviews. But I hope yours is like mine should you choose to bring your pet here.
Also it's worth noting that they do have all kinds of goodies. As in all cute little outfits, pet supplies, toys, they even have doggy birthday cake (dry mix) and ice cream (add water & freeze) for your fur birthday babies.
I must say the staff was very polite and professional. He was sensitive to my shih-tsu's needs.
The shop was very clean and well stocked. I like that they have a self service dog bathing area. I'm curious what that would cost and if it comes with those same shampoo and conditioners that were used on my Rosie.
My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get an appointment. But I guess they are so good that they were booking over a month out then,
When the neighbors saw Rosie she wondered how I found the place as she hadn't given me the number to the mobile grooming service she had recommended. Turns out I took her to the wrong place but am really glad I did. They were just a little lower in cost and we had a good time getting there and back.
I will be bringing my baby back again!

Came here to use the self wash with my dog and I will keep this plain and simple. The self wash area was DISGUSTING, soggy hair everywhere and everything was dirty. This wasn't just a few days no cleaning it's been a while. No one cares about that area at all. The dry rolled up towels to use smelt like dirty dog/ pee and had dog hair all on them. The whole place smelt like pee. Definitely not returning and I definitely don't recommend bringing your dog for the self wash. It way more worth it to make the water mess at home.

I am from a different city. I own my own grooming business. I own a poodle she rolled in some mud so I stopped by for the self wash. The tub was dirty the table was dirty the place had dust everywhere. It smelt of dirty dog horribly. The guy who was the only person there did not have any customer service skill he was not passionate about his job he was not friendly. The shampoo was mixed with water which means they make their own solution which is fine that is what I do. But they should make the solution fresh as shampoo starts to make bacteria after 24 hours. I do not believe it was made that morning as why would you make it fresh when there is no guarantee someone will be using the self wash. The shampoo did not lather so they are not mixing the ratios correctly. The force dryer is what I expected not high quality but did the job well. This salon could be amazing with a good owner and staff. I was able to see in the back while grooming my dog it was dirty and definitely no sanitizing. The guy grooming the dog was kind to the dog but the smell was disgusting and they clearly do not know how to clean I would highly recommend bringing your own shampoo

First time here. Self wash station was $12. Running cold and hot water. Cold air blow dryer. They also provided towels. Not bad for the price. Hassle free and easy to use.

Bark and Biscuit did an excellent grooming on our Teddy. He was stunning in a blue bandana when we walked in. Our grooming price ran $45. They also have a selection of dog accessories offered along with doggie Halloween costumes. Spooky!! ? ?We will go back.Enjoy!!?

They washed and trimmed my dog up well, but she came back damp and had the smell between wet dog and wet towel. I took her home and gave her a quick wash and dry to rid it.

I called today to inquire about the services they provide. When I asked about the spay and neuter services that is listed on their website as a service they provide.I was told We don’t do that you need a veterinarian for that. Yes I do know that . Why is spay and neutering and also veterinary services on your website as services you provide?

Been going there for years and always satisfied. My dog is very comfortable there. He does exactly what you ask in a very excellent way. She is happy when I pick her up. I highly recommend this establishment.
