Affordable prices, welcoming & warm environment, and most importantly great service. Felicia's hands are so amazing. She braids very fast, and is so gentle on your scalp. After getting my hair braided, I scheduled my boyfriends daughters and they LOVE their hair! I'm so appreciative she was able to make it happen!!!! Just show her the picture and she delivers. Can't wait to try the "butterfly braids" next! Im going to schedule this one with another worker here named "Aaliyah" whom also does hair! I feel so relaxed in here and I'm so excited to go back!

I advised daughter to go there since her cousins had entrusted them to style their hair for quite a tenured duration only for my daughter to experience the most horrific thing and that being globs of her hair to fall out subsequent to a perm given to her. I went back to show the excessive hair loss to Lovie and her daughter Felicia(sp?) only to be told that they were aware of how bad the product was yet they proceeded to apply it simply because my daughter requested it. I was livid and inquired as to why they didn't explain this to my daughter before if they knew this so she could have been aware? Furthermore why would they even continue using a product if they knew the drastic hair damage and affects it had? They continued talking amongst each other and doing hair as though My daughter and I weren't there. Felicia then yelled and told me with no apologies nor sympathy that she nor her mother would do a refund and to leave their establishment. I can't believe how we were treated. A woman's hair is her crown and glory and hair loss in general for any woman is extremely traumatizing. My reviews here on yelp are more directed to the negative aspects and experiences of businesses I and(or) family members have experienced and this was one that I should have not only taken to a yelp review however I should have proceeded also with a consumer report case.
