I want to shoutout Zachary for taking great care of me today. Test my batteries (main & aux) found the main to be bad. So I purchased a replacement & he worked really hard to uninstall the old & reinstall the new one. You may think that is typical & it very well maybe. (They are great people), but today was the hottest day of the year so far & it was nearly the hottest point in the afternoon. It was a very complicated process & he did it all with a smile & personable demeanor. The temperature outside was 107 degrees. He work until he beyond time for him to go home for they day. He was relieved by the awesome store manager so that he could head home just in time. Thank Zachary & the employees at this Merced location. You guys are awesome people. Cool crew here today 6/2 around 3pm! It’s 110f outside today, I came in with my kid for gear oil and they hooked her up with a cold Gatorade to cool her off. Great customer service and syncromesh selection!

I personally think this autozone location is nice, they have everything that I was looking for. It is organized and easy to find what you’re looking for. :)
I got ozium which I was looking for and they had it in stock.
the staffs were friendly and making sure that I was doing alright since I took my time browsing through the store.

Theadore was my lifesaver today! He was extremely positive and personable while being professional. Theadore dove right in and pulled the headlight out and replaced its bulb.
I went to Auto Zone to replace a burnt-out headlight bulb. Theadore offered to take a look at my vehicle and offered to install it himself! It was my lucky day because even though I read the manual, I was hesitant to do the job. I am not mechanically inclined.
Thank you Theadore and thank you Auto Zone for making this unpleasant task easy!

Went in to get some windshield wipers since mine were worn out but didn't know which ones would be the best fit for my car. Caroline Romero ended up helping me out, she was helpful, insightful, and very kind. Helped me choose but also gave me some recommendations for some coffee spots near the area since I'm new to the area. 10/10, would recommend to a friend, give her a raise.

Went into auto zone, Merced on g and olive! Trying to start from the bottom up on a 1984 cutlass. As soon I walked was greeted and instantly assisted by a staff member Sophia!! Best customer service ever, she assisted with all my needs! Placed a new battery, she placed the antifreeze, adjusted the new steering wheel cover bought. Which I couldn’t do my self , assisted me with Lifting the floor mats that I could not lift! The whole time a smile on her face. Very pleasant and answered all my questions!!
