the attendant called Jesus, insisted to meet us, but the service was not good, he seemed to be in a hurry despite the store being empty and still having 3 hours to close. He did not show good will to help us find the piece we needed and by asking him to help us interpret the result of the car's diagnosis he only read what was written on the paper and was unwilling to pick up the necessary piece. I had the impression that he didn't know what the problem was about. I think the company needs to train its employees better, the service of the Livingston store is also very bad. NAPA employees are much more polite and kind.

Elijio was super helpful on finding out if my headlights needed to be changed or if my fuse was out. He found the issue and even put in the brand new headlights in for me. He was extremely nice and even recommended my friends some good food places around the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this AUTOZONE. BEST ONE around this TOWN… also give this MAN a RAISE !!

Elijio was so helpful he came outside and put my friends new headlight bulb in. He was so kind and even recommended some good restaurants in the area cause we’re not from merced. I would definitely choose this specific autozone over oreillys for sure. Go in and ask for Elijio he is the best!

S/O to Ryan for helping me install my dome lights. Went in earlier to get them replaced but they stopped working the same day after another worker installed them. Ryan went the extra mile to fix it, installed it and made sure they were working properly

Ive came here becouse i had to buy head bolts here. Pretty serioua job. Guy gives me a box, doesnt input it my account. I get to work and tbe head bolts are waaayyy different. I gues it was my fault for trusting an autozone manager with getting my parts right. The day after when i tried to return them i had to pretty much fight my way into getting the right part. Manager wouldnt believe me until another employee figured it out. I was asked if "i wanted a cookie" by the manager since i told him i knew i was right all along. Couldnt get his name as i tried leaving as fast as i could to save my self the emberrasment i was just put through, he glasses and has tatoos on his arms, wears a skull bandanna most of the times and got fired by oreillys down the street. I say sure, go get your batteries teated and your little cute windshield wipers installed, but when your doing a serious job, and want to get the right parts or a hassle free replacement/warranties, just go down the street to oreillys. Some one will asnwer this and say, oh go through this rabbit hole website thats never going to get you a anywhere. See for your selve. Read through all of the reviews. Many people have the same issue with managers at this store. This guys have made my days hell everytime i have to go through them. Save your selve the hassle. Id say the other autozone accross town is even better and definately way more polite. Going through theyr reviews seems like they only go the extra mile if your a woman, need your winshield wipers replaced or your battery installed, theyll do the most and go "the extra mile "to get reviews when this a service they have to perform.

I visited Auto Zone on G Street in Merced looking for new windshield wipers. The staff helped me find the right ones, but unfortunately, they turned out to be the wrong size. Frustrated, I went to the Auto Zone on Main Street the next day to find the properly sized wipers. Andrew assisted me and even went and helped me put on the new ones. Thank you Andrew ?
