“I want to shoutout Zachary for taking great care of me today. Test my batteries (main & aux) found the main to be bad. So I purchased a replacement & he worked really hard to uninstall the old & reinstall the new one. You may think that is typical & it very well maybe. (They are great people), but today was the hottest day of the year so far & it was nearly the hottest point in the afternoon. It was a very complicated process & he did it all with a smile & personable demeanor. The temperature outside was 107 degrees. He work until he beyond time for him to go home for they day. He was relieved by the awesome store manager so that he could head home just in time. Thank Zachary & the employees at this Merced location. You guys are awesome people. “ATI. Play help me with my dilemma. I haven't vintage 83 Toyota Corolla 4 speed. Could not find a clutch kit in any of the auto departments around my area. So I went online to search for a clutch repair place. Here in Merced California. Read some of the comments that were made. And decided to go and see what they had for me. I was so relieved when the gentleman behind the counter said that he has what I need. So I purchased the kit, and had it installed. Get fit perfect and I'm so glad. I strongly recommend, ATI for all your clutch and brake needs. I will be going back to purchase me another clutch kit for the future. Thank you very much ATI. Do you have a customer for life. “I drove to Razzari on July 5th to purchase a 2018 Chevy Volt. The buying experience was fine - Myles was very friendly and helpful. On July 20th, however, I had to get a jump at the airport because the 12-V starter battery was dead. Upon driving home, it was still dead - it hadn't charged at all during the drive. After measuring a voltage of 4.5V, I called Razzari and learned "oh yeah, we had to jump the battery just before showing you the vehicle." I took the vehicle into a dealership and they said the battery was bad. As the issue was clearly present at the time of the purchase, I would have thought it would be a no-brainer and that Razzari would have reimbursed me for the cost of the battery. But instead they said it is a used car and there is no warranty with the purchase. Very poor customer service to sell a car with a known issue and not make it right when the problem shows its head within 2 weeks of purchase!!!Update: David took care of the issue. So overall pleased with the outcome and the vehicle. Price was good!”

“They did a great job getting my RV back up and running. Broke down 80 miles from Merced. Got towed there over the weekend. Ford road side assistance could not find a shop anywhere that could do the repair quickly. Tom (service manager) said he could get us in. On Monday, when they opened, his team looked at the issue and ordered parts. The next day the warranty work was complete, and we were back on our way. Anyone with a Ford chassis motorhome needing service while on the road should call ahead and make an appointment here to get the work done. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.”
“I bought windshield wiper blades at Costco, but their tire shop would not install them for me. I am 76, and clueless about car stuff. I stopped at Carquest on the way home, and Carmelo got those puppies installed in no time, with a smile. I didn't even buy anything from their store, but his service was remarkable!”
