“There was a mix up with my service appointment and I was told to show up 2:30 but it was not moved to 2:30 in the system.
When I got there Mark worked with me and when we discovered what had happened. Mark said “that is our fault not yours, we will take care of you”. He got me in between cars and got the oil change done on my Corvette. I am very happy with the service! I will always come back to Merced Chevy solely based on Mark’s service and honesty. “This Advance Auto Parts consistently has great customer service.
I'm always greeted with a friendly hello and am often led to the exact part I'm looking for.
They were the ONLY parts store in Merced with transmission cooler line hose by the foot in stock, which speaks to their large inventory.
And just today someone in the service dept dropped what they were doing to help me fill a spare tire.
Who ever's in charge, keep doing what you're doing.”

“I love the work this establishment provides. However, when you are the best body shop in the central valley you pay the price of being so busy that the wait is over a month for service.
Most insurance companies won't give you a rental past 30 days so this can pose an issue for those with only one vehicle.
Overall though, it is worth the wait because most of the other shops just don't care enough to provide the quality that Pete's Auto Body does.”

“Elijio was super helpful on finding out if my headlights needed to be changed or if my fuse was out. He found the issue and even put in the brand new headlights in for me. He was extremely nice and even recommended my friends some good food places around the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this AUTOZONE. BEST ONE around this TOWN… also give this MAN a RAISE !!”
“Took care of my collision through our insurance claim effectively and made it like it never happened. Also a few months after my car started making a rattling noise and they looked at it for free and fixed it as a courtesy to a former customer at no cost since it was just the muffler rubbing against a bent cross member from my wife hitting a animal or piece of wood or something that had bent it but not damaged the undercarriage. I would recommend them for your collision and glass repair needs and would highly recommend them if your insurance or the insurance that the claim is on uses them as an authorized repair shop.”

“I want to shoutout Zachary for taking great care of me today. Test my batteries (main & aux) found the main to be bad. So I purchased a replacement & he worked really hard to uninstall the old & reinstall the new one. You may think that is typical & it very well maybe. (They are great people), but today was the hottest day of the year so far & it was nearly the hottest point in the afternoon. It was a very complicated process & he did it all with a smile & personable demeanor. The temperature outside was 107 degrees. He work until he beyond time for him to go home for they day. He was relieved by the awesome store manager so that he could head home just in time. Thank Zachary & the employees at this Merced location. You guys are awesome people. Compared to Oriely and autozone, Napa kwns what their talking about and are able to help you out more than the other two car parts. Like they help and research for parts that your trying to get and the other two shops their just like um it's not showing up in our system and that's it haha!!”
