It says this place is 24hrs open. NO, it's not! They do not open until 2:30am. I had to sit and wait outside. Not exactly sure what time they close. The whole time I'm outside waiting they could at least clean the restroom but no it's dirty. No toilet seat covers. Urine on the floor.
