I received a bouquet of gorgeous red roses a week ago and they are STILL beautiful! The arrangement itself was so well done, the flowers smell AMAZING, and you can tell they use good quality flowers. Delivery was VERY fast and we are all-around very happy with this florist. Well done!

First time there the lady kept rounding up the prices talking about we don’t tax if you pay with cash but proceeds to round up every item. Cute hello kitty items rude cashier/owner.

Sisters wedding and flowers initially looked brown. The stems weren’t exposed so we weren’t able to put in water. The flowers were wilted the next day even though kept cold. Then to top it off, right as she’s walking down to be married the flowers fell out the bottom 2 times, it was a very unpleasant experience.

I ordered a floral arraignment for my mother yesterday. The florist was quick to deliver and the arrangement looked good, however after receiving pictures of the arrangement it was not what I was expecting. The florist was to substitute some of the white roses with yellow ones. I ordered the $59.99 option (see image attached) As you can see in the image of what was delivered, the arrangement was void white roses or smaller white flowers along with significantly fewer roses than what was pictured. After calling the manager and explaining the situation, I was given no option to rectify the situation.

I live in AZ and had flowers delivered to my MIL who just had hip surgery in CA. When ordering the flowers on the phone and looking at the photo of the flower arrangement, my husband and I did say that a few white roses could be changed out to yellow or pink to brighten it up a bit. We were very specific in that the enchanted cottage was what we wanted to order and chose the the $59.99 size since we had to pay an extra $15 for the delivery. When the flowers arrived it had 5 yellow roses only, no white or the total rose count of 12 total in different sizes. Yes, the roses are what is paid for the other stuff is filler. Please notice the 2 photos. We did not get what was asked for or paid for, When Aloha Floral was contacted, they couldn't care less. I'm sure they were surprised that we even found out about their bait and switch from the photo to what was received- I'm disputing the bank charge and they can come and pick up their flowers

This place reminds me of Evangeline's Costume Shop in Sacramento, they have sections dedicated to different themes or characters and is full of cute little trinkets. I came in looking for a floral arrangement and they were able to not only help me out super last minute but also stay within my price range while presenting something very similar to what I was looking for.

Came to check out the hello kitty. Loads of adorable things to buy for my girlfriend! Super friendly staff even tho we came in close to close on a sunday! Was pretty amazed with the amount of variety and prices!

This is the one place in town where you can go and find them old school candies that you used to buy when you was a kid. The people are so friendly and welcoming and there are so many different things to see and purchase. Perfect spot for buying gifts or sending your loved one flowers.

Ordered the wonderful birthday cake flower bouquet yesterday and it was ready the same day and my mother absolutely loved it! I appreciate the time and design that went into getting this for me at the last minute, will be a return customer!

TL;DR: Aloha Floral refuses to refund or substitute an item that was pre-paid for because it was purchased 18 months ago.Aloha Floral was selling Disney wallets with a pre-order. We purchased two wallets and left two phone numbers for contact when the items arrived. On month two, we didn't hear a response, so we called to follow-up. They said these items were back ordered and they didn't have them yet. On month five, we called back. He was very rude and said that they don't have the items and they would call us when they arrive in stock. On month 8 we call back. One of the two items arrived. They never called us. We go inside pick up the item and ask about the other. They said it is not here yet and they would call. We didn't receive a call. Life happened and this issue was forgotten. But we suddenly remembered. We called back on month 20 to inquire about the remaining item. He started off by blaming us saying that we waited too long to call back. That they don't keep records past six months. And that there is nothing they can do. His argument was that if this were a big box store, even they wouldn't be able to refund or substitute the item. If Aloha Flora was a big box store, they would have followed-up with us more frequently and canceled/refunded the item when they knew they couldn't deliver. And no matter the size of your business, the IRS requires you keep your files for at least 3 years. And the fact still remains, WE PAID FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED.
