They clearly hire ppl on drugs bc the lady who helped me was off. I just wanted 10 wings for their promo and she gave me a piece that was the end of a chicken and no body can even eat bc it’s all bone but still counted as a piece. I asked her to switch it for me and she got an attitude and said “well it wouldn’t be in there if it wasn’t a piece” like mam I’m sure when u buy ur drugs u make sure it’s all smokable right? Sad…

As a student who is regularly in this area, I have visited this location many times to get snacks and drinks here. On 9/17/24 around 12:30 in the afternoon I went inside to buy snacks and turned around and left because there was a rude employee behind the counter yelling at me from across the store falsely accusing me of stealing. If that's how their employees are going to treat their customers then they will not be getting business from me again. I do not recommend shopping here. Will not be going back.

Service absolutely is a disgrace.Sunday May 19th 2024 11:42 p.m.male clerk would Not accept 2 brand new never been opened $10 rolls of Quarters I purchased from the Bank. I reminded him that I was a regular customer and I Fill up every other day. My wallet was stolen and I needed gas. All i had was my Laundry money handy and I would appreciate if could help me out by accepting these Legal Tender Coin Rolls… He refused sayin Cash Only. No coins accepted . I Said ok thank you anyways and I apologized for the inconvenience. I Will Never step foot in this store again… and I will not let any opportunities to tell everyone I come across about this experience.My money is not good enough for the 711 on GSt. The service is lousy and the Help is Worse.

This is the ice dispenser at a newer 7-eleven store!!! 2/29/24Absolutely disgusting ? and unsanitary.Please don’t use this machine until they clean it!Emailed their corporate office and was offered 8000 reward points for the “inconvenience” but I returned to the store today 3/1/24 and it was still not cleaned!So gross!

Some of the workers are very rude we had came in wanted to use our points to get something and when we tried it wasn't working I understand they don't have control over the app but that worker didn't even try to solve the problem that could have been from her end and to make it worse at the end she shoved the things at us and said just take it.

I have been coming to this 7 eleven since it opened as well as the other 7elevens here and have NEVER been told I could not use chips as nachos now all of a sudden some lady here is saying they can’t do that smh if I’m paying for it what’s the problem? I swear some people are so pathetic they feel like they NEED to be in control. Do better 7eleven!

I just moved to Merced 3 months ago. I have experienced rudeness from a lady named TAMMY!. Whenever I see her working I go to another 7-Eleven store or I'll go to the gas station where the customer service there is so awesome.
Tammy is so unprofessional at times.
Please correct this situation so I can still come into the store. There are other employees who are nice and attentive to our needs.
