I had a horrendous experience at this 7-Eleven location. I purchased a hot dog, only to find the condiments area was disgustingly unhygienic, and worse, there was no ketchup available. When I asked for assistance, the associate kept delaying and forgetting to help me, and finally claimed there was no ketchup and refused to return my purchase. Ended up tossing the food away. Absolutely unacceptable.

Don't use the bathroom! When I stopped to use the bathroom, oh my god! There was TP everywhere and one toilet had pee in it! Somebody wasn't flushing the toilet or the toilet's clogged. I call this your "stereotypical gas station bathroom". Gosh damn it! If you need to stop for a pee break, please go to a rest stop or just don't go to a gas station bathroom, period. I still like 7-Eleven though but I could just go to the one on Walnut Street in Chico. ?

Tried to grab one of the All in One Vuse kits, besides the fact that they refused to honor their posted price, they tried to sell it to me for $13. The lady working double scanned all of my other items and tried to charge me double over all. It was the red headed tweaker girl working.I’m pretty sure their is law regarding honoring posted prices. But hey who cares

Pump 5 won't print receipt and this 711Union 76 AMPM gas station clerk won't either. I will complain to her manager Mike. $3.49 for cheap gas 12-24-2022 is mediocre value.

This isn't the biggest location around, but they have plenty of good stuff for everyone to enjoy. The employees have a lot to deal with considering the customer clientele in the surrounding area, but despite that they always keep it together and do their job properly. I don't normally gamble, but this is one of my favorite places to grab scratcher tickets because more often than not, I have won at least my money back.

Dana was awesome! They were extremely busy and though she was the only one working (or at least it appeared as though she was the only one working) she still kept a smile on her face. She had a great attitude and stayed cool and efficient under pressure. Thank you for a great experience!

I worked here for a couple of weeks for school program so I can get paid and then they fired me after I get a nose bleed it because I’ve been handling in the freezer and she fired me because she thought I was giving her attitude when I was trying to explain to her why I got a nosebleed
