August 15th, 2023 @1:30pm Went To 7/11 (77 E Olive Ave Merced, CA) To Use The ATM, Get Something To Drink, And Was Meeting Someone To Get Somr Tickets To An Event. When I Pulled Up, My Friend I Was Getting The Tickets From Was Next To Me. I Got Out To Go Talk To Him For A Second, And When I Walked In Front Of My Truck, I Fell Into A 1 Foot Deep Hole; Uncovered And Unmarked, With What Looked Like Some Sort Of Pipes In It. Not 7Only Did I Hit My Shin; Causing A Bloody Scrape, But I Also Rolled My Ankle In It Hard Enough Falling Into The Hole, That It Bruised And Swelled Up Really Badly. Then To Top It Off, My Shoes Got Ripped Open, And Ruined, And Filled With Mud That Seeped Through My Socks. I Went Into The Store And Told The Cashier, And Asked Her If She Could Contact Management And Have Them Call Me And Have Somebody Cover It Up. She Said She Would And They Would Call Me ASAP. After 2 Hours Of Not Hearing From Anybody I Went Back And Talked With A Male Worker Named Joe, He Said There Was Nothing They Could Do, And The Female I'd Spoke To Originally About It Was Gone And Id Have To Come Back In The Morning, And She'd Be Back, Even Though She Obviously Didn't Do Anything To Begin With. Then After That I Called Corporate, They Said They'd Take A Report, And Send It To Store Management. Well, It's Now Been 30 Hours, And I Still Haven't Heard Anything Back. And I Don't Qualify For Health Insurance To Get It Looked At, So I'm Not Sure What To Do. They Finally Covered It Up, But Waited Almost 24 Hours To Do So. They Covered It Up With Some Flimsy Material, That Looks Like It's Already Caving in. I Guess The Next Step Is A Lawsuit, Since They Can't Even Contact Me To Make It Right, When The Owner Obviously Knows.

However The Way Its Covered Someone Else Will Fall Through It. So, I Guess My Next Step Is To Contact A Lawyer Since I Gave Them Every Chance To Make It Right And They Didn't. AGAIN THE WORKERS KNOW ABOUT IT, AND IM SURE HAVE TOLD THE OWNER, BUT THEY STI HAVEN'T CALLED ME BACK. And It's Covered With Something Flimsy, So They Obviously Know About It, And Just Don't Want To Make It right.

Just dealt with a piece of **** employee there. He was rude for no reason because I'm guessing his life sucks. I won't be going to this place again, it smelled horrible in there as well. Maybe clean the store every now and then instead of trying to flirt with your female coworker who clearly isn't interested.

This place is absolute and total trash. Homeless people have control over the parking lot on all sides, including the actual entrance. The management and or property owners do nothing to address the problem.

Hey, it's a 7-11. What more do you want. I know an AM/PM right next door to this 7-11. Who wounded guessed. Who thought of that. Which is better. Who knows. Not me.

I've been stopping by this store when i get off work at the same time for as long as I can remember. Since you added pizza to the menu I always grab a pizza and snacks before heading home. Well since this new guy Daniel has been working every time I stop by the door is either locked for an absurd amount of time or the pizza oven is being "cleaned" though I haven't actually witnessed it appearing to be in the process of being cleaned. It appears as if he's abusing the covid situation and leaving the door locked for an extended amount of time and not to mention "cleaning" the pizza machine so early in the night. It's been causing me to have to go completely out of my way to a different 711 to get my goodies. Very frustrating and disappointing. This store is losing myself, my coworkers, as well as my families business until the situation is hopefully rectified. Thank you for your time.

Normally they are good with their food..it's not the best but come on..left out chicken on heater too long .. should've been replaced not still sold to customers

Was just in the store. The clerk was friendly with everyone but me. She wanted to be rude to me. Wont be back.
