Absolute worst dealership you could ever go to. First to start off they were rude right off the bat. After the truck I saw online had a big dent on the other side they didn't show, proceeded to push me in that I wanted it. Once getting offered with a high interest rate and bad staff experience I proceeded to get in my pickup and overheard the guys in the lot talking bad about me and how potential customers like me are a joke. Fast forward a couple weeks later I figure I went to their neighbor Choice Motors (didn't know they had same owners and staff till after the fact) which looked good from the start till 6 months in started seeing where they tried fixing paint and covering the body errors, not to mention the big dent in the bed they they covered and promoted as a "brand new plastic bed liner". Now with a rust spot, paint and body coverups I have to now fix these problems out of pocket. DONT LET THESE FOOLS SELL YOU A PROBLEM VEHICLE, highly dissatisfied and strongly recommend going to a dealership that takes honesty and customer service over making an extra buck... Never Again

I saw that they had a Subaru legacy in stock so i called on a Wednesday asking if its available, they said yes but we have to bring it in from Merced we'll bring it down for you this Friday. I called Friday morning asking if it's there they said no it's in Los Banos but we can bring it down Saturday morning at 10, so finally after getting it together and bringing it to Fresno on Saturday I went in for a test drive. The salesman (his name is Adam) said the car had all the oils and liquids check out and there was nothing wrong with it, no accidents no nothing. It had a full body check up inside and out. While test driving, I showed the salesman that the car was pulling too much to the right, it was in need of an alignment. He said "that's never happened before until now". After the drive I pointed out that the tires were bald they need new ones too. He said not to worry tires only cost $300 it shouldn't affect the asking price. He was wrong. For an all wheel vehicle you have to change all 4 tires resulting into a $900 bill for new tires. I lifted the hood and noticed it needs an oil change and also the liquids were empty he said "we can just add water to those it's fine". I was getting very upset and I asked for a carfax to see when they serviced the car. It came up it was last serviced in 2017. Also it showed that it was in a car accident already which would explain the rattling noise from the engine. After all that trouble the asking price was still set to $16,500. I told them I can't give him that you still need to change tires, get an alignment and do a full check up again it was leaking from underneath. The salesman got upset when I offered him $18k after tax and everything meaning he would sell me the car for $16k which is a very fair price considering what this vehicle was worth but was too stubborn to even budge. Before I walked out he said you'll never find a better deal like this again. Wrong again CarMax sold the exact same car with better perfect conditions for $400 less. If you're considering buying cars from this place PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU. DONT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. THEY SCAM YOU ON PRICES AND QUALITY OF THE VEHICLE. THEY DO SHADY BUSINESS AND DO NOT RESPECT THE SERVICE THEY OFFER TO CUSTOMERS

Worst car place ever! Went in and they sold me the wrong car! How I know is when we went to DMV they checked VIN number and said that wasn't what was registered to me. They are huge scammers. And they won't own up to their mistakes like an extra key and floor mats which they promised and we have in writing. When confronted they said they had no idea and wouldn't make it right.

My daughter wanted a 16 or newer Nissan Rogue and had 15,000$ to spend. I live in southern Oregon and and this awd model was 3-4K higher priced than in central cal. I found one on line from western motors and had Christian their sales man do a FaceTime to go through the car. I told him I was going to trust him even though he was a car salesman. I paid 13,999 and 650 shipping and still saved a few thousand. I received the car and thought he was pretty honest with his discription. Only a couple things, the tires were at 50% like he said but one of the tires were new. You aren't supposed to drive an awd with different tread depths so we did purchase new tires. A chemical was spilled on the windshield and we rubbed most of it out, it was pretty obvious. There was also an antenna in the photos but not when arrived, he said he would send me one and I'm waiting for it. Other than that I think this company was worth dealing with and I would do it again.

Worst experience ever, purchased a car. They told me I was not responsible to pay for registration or plates that all that was included in my loan with my loan servicer. Carpet is coming off, car has missing parts, scratches that were supposed to be fixed didn't get fixed. This has been the worst experience ever I continue to ask to speak to the manager and I get routed with different people. Everyone that works here is extremely rude!!! Unhappy customer, I will never ever purchase a car with these idiots ever again!!! If I don't hear back from a manager I will definitely be hiring an attorney to fix this whole mess out!

I'll give this place 0 stars if I could, worst car buying experience I ever had, after 2 days of buying a vehicle from this dealer, I have experienced more than 5 mechanical issues with my vehicle. I do not recommend anyone going here, they up sale you on a car and don't tell you anything about what's wrong with it until you find out yourself. And don't get me started with the service department, good luck getting anything done with them.

This place is full of liars , they sold me a car with problems . They financed me at very high rate . I will end up paying 30,000 for a car that's worth 9000. Nothing was disclosed to me . I understand how financing works. But unfortunatly they dont care to give you a good deal , or good car They just care to make a sale . The worst dealership is the area. I wish i could give negative stars

Waste of time and gas and very sketchy I have been shopping around for cars online and I found a few cars that I may be interested in at this dealership. I decided I'd go down and take a look at them in person. I've been to several dealerships before so I know the usual run down. I was greeted, they asked me what I was looking for, etc. I looked at several cars on the lot and found three that I liked. As I was checking out each of the cars I got a new sales person. I wanted a car that fit what I was looking for. My family knows quite a bit about cars so I thought it was reasonable to talk over the cars with them. Before I left the 2nd sales person I had been talking to gave me his card and even offered to bring the car so my family could see it. So after I talked with my family I came to a conclusion of what I wanted to do. I contacted the 2nd sales person and let him know I was the person who looked at the cars yesterday and wanted to talk about them. I let him know I wanted to make an offer. After I let him know that I wanted to make an offer he said "ok nice come on down and let's work a deal." I get all my stuff ready to go and go down there. When I get there the 3rd sales person approaches me. I tell him that I was talking to 2nd sales person and was he there. Of course he wasn't... even though he told me he would be. I talked with the 3rd sales person and showed him the car. I don't think how I was going to pay for the car matters, but I think it has something to do with the experience I received. I decided that I was going to pay cash for the car as my preferred payment method, but I was open to financing. When they wanted to pre-approve me I let him know that I'd rather pay cash. Immediately after the 3rd sales person found out I was going to pay cash his attitude changed. If they are not interested in accepting cash they need to let potential customers know. He had the car pulled up on the screen and said he was going to show me the final cost. I told him that I was going to make an offer. (The 2nd sales person knew I was going to make an offer). I think it's fair I make an offer. He didn't even listen or care what my offer was. (For all he knows it could've been a little less than ask, but he won't know because he didn't let me give him an offer). He told me he can't accept offers because it's already on sale and he would only make $79 profit at its current price. This is a common thing dealers say so he wasn't fooling anyone. The car was not marked on sale like others on sale and it was around or higher than similar cars at competitor's dealerships hence why I wanted to make a fair offer. When he told me that he didn't want to hear my offer and gave me that story I told him that's okay then and I walked out the door. Completely wasted my time and gas. I did not disclose their names because I'm sure they're good people, but they're bad at business. Any smart business would've listened to my offer and not lie to me. However, I came into the situation knowing how dealerships operate. They are in this sales business. Overall sketchy experience. Would not recommend.
