I ordered online an order with a quantity of 2 for the exact same item. When I received them there was only one not two that I paid for. I emailed them and was told that the weight on the USPS label shows it was 2. I emailed them explaining that it was wrong and I promised it was only one in the package. No response or help in rectifying the issue. I’ve owned a medical equipment company for 15 years helping hospice patients in our area and this is the first time I’ve been basically called a liar. I would suggest thinking twice before ordering from this company.
