“I had some stickers placed on my drivers side window that left really ugly residue. I called them to help me remove said residue. In a friendly manner, they told me that I needed to come in and show them the extent of the sticker residue so that they could properly quote me. No problem. I drove in. They all looked at it and deferred to management for the price. These people are so straight up- the far opposite of crooked. They all basically shrugged their shoulders and said no cost. Just tip as I deem fitting. Love that! Even as they were cleaning my windows, I noticed how detail oriented everyone was. I think this place is great and am motivated to frequent them and give them business. Super trustworthy. Great service.”

“I do not live in the area, but my parents and sister live here. I have driven to California every couple of years over the past 15 years and always come here to get my vehicles washed. I have NEVER been disappointed. This year I brought my Jeep from Maryland. I stopped in AZ, where I went offroading before arriving in Cali. My jeep was absolutely filthy from the trail in AZ. The Oak Valley Chevron car wash got my Jeep shined up beautifully!! Then we went to Big Bear, where I did three more harsh trails. Once again, the jeep was absolutely filthy to the point you couldn't even tell what color it was, and they got her clean and gorgeous inside and out! This is not an easy vehicle to wash, but they were consistent both times. Amazing job! I truly appreciate heading back home in a nice clean vehicle.”

“Quick and easy. The prices are a bit higher than other places that I have been to. The vacuums have great suctions that actually get dog hairs out of my carpet and seats. The waiting times are really short, and everything is really organized in this place. Everybody is nice, and they really give a good wash to your car. If you're in the area, and you need a wash, then come here, they will take care of you.”

“One word: WOW! I went to Elite for an interior detail in Nov. 2023 after a referral from a co-worker and I'm so glad I did. They were very helpful over the phone when I made my appointment and explained everything about the interior detailing. When I arrived for my appointment, Andrew the service manager was *the best*! He answered all of my questions and gave me helpful info, and he was super friendly and provided 5 star customer service. And the most important thing: my car looks incredible! Everything looked impeccable and when I noticed 1 or 2 small things, Andrew had cleaner in hand and touched it right up. He was so patient and really cared about making me happy.
