We experienced brake issues with our toy hauler trailer as we traveled from the Sacramento area to Yucaipa. When we arrived in Yucaipa, 2 local businesses we contacted were unable to help. American RV was listed in the Yucaipa Regional Park's flyer. I called and explained our situation to Hector and he agreed to look at the trailer the morning we were scheduled to leave for home. That morning he diagnosed the problem within an hour, and informed us of some other serious issues. He explained to us and showed us the problems. It was our lucky day to have found Hector. We remained on site with our truck and trailer. Hector kept us informed throughout the 6 hours it took to make the repairs. The cost was reasonable. We were able to travel back to Sacramento with such peace of mind! We travel to Yucaipa often. We will not hesitate to contact Hector for any future maintenance on our trailer.

Once again Hector saved my bacon. Literally. Been having a problem blowing the fuse on my RV fridge. Intermittent not consistent so hard to lock problem down. Was working and getting ready for camping w/ granddaughter when it totally grounded out. Hector said to bring it in in the morning and he'd take a look. Found problem and was on my way in 1 hr.Place is always busy and although he's not cheap, he has never gouged me. Honest work.

I took my 2018 Fleetwood expedition to American RV for service, batteries and a couple other cosmetic repairs. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them

Hector and his technician did an emergency repair on our 5th wheel on Saturday 8 hours to complete the job in order for us to keep vacation plans intact. 17 years of the best most honest RV repair service a person could ever want!! Thanks American RV!!

Hector has treated me great from the very beginning. Being a widow he has looked out for me. When I bring my RV in for one service he checks it out to make sure I am safe in other areas. This is a very trustworthy, knowledgeable business. He is reliable and goes out of his way to make sure you get your RV done in the timeframe you need. I 100% recommend this business.

After waiting over 2 months to bring vehicle in for service at a major repair shop in Yucaipa, I called them to discuss additional repairs. One repair they did not want to even do and the other they did not have the part and said it wasn't available. I called Hector, he readily agreed to accept all requested repairs. I had sourced the part needed on Amazon and received in 2 days which Hector used for one of the repairs. He was able to schedule me in 2 weeks and competed and got me out the door in a very short time frame ( no waiting on parts and only about 3 hrs labor). Hector is very nice to work with and is very knowledgeable. He is honest and reasonable priced. Definitely my go to RV Repair Shop going forward. I couldn't be happier with my experience with this business.

Highway Robbery!!!! These people took advantage of our situation. They charges us $1,100 to install a $60 shift lever. They said they had to charge double because two people had to work on it. They had the RV for about 3 hours and charges us 8. Worst part we broke down 2 hours down the road for the same issue. They didn't fix anything There is a special place in hell for people like this. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Hector is the guy we dealt with and he wont even answer our calls now. Go else where!!!!!!Service: Steering/Suspension
