These guys are great to deal with. I needed some parts for my shutters (not purchased through them), and I reached out to Alpine for support. I explained what I needed, and they helped me out. No questions, no jumping through hoops, and I didn't even have to get into detail. It was literally that simple. "I need this part." "Done!" Thanks, fellas!

Alpine Shutters is the place to go. They are fair in price and the workmanship beautiful. I'm so very happy and would rate them a higher stars than 5 if I could. I highly recommend to everyone.

So far so good this company came in at a affordable price showed up when they said and got the job done I must say these guys are the one also I got a couple estimates and everyone said there is no way that we can mess with their pricing and they do quality work. He said they use the same material we do we just have a larger outfit so I appreciate the reasonable price.

Excellent service and excellent product. Couldn't be happier. They hold up through all weather and never warp like those icky plastic ones. They act as a weather barrier too. Black out or let the sunlight in.

I purchased shutters from this company for my home in Apple valley. On install, the installer messed one of them up and said he lived up here so he would stop by and fix it. He never came. Now I need one piece fixed so I called this company and got told to call a different guy within the company. Finally got a hold of him and he said someone would come by the following week. Never got a call back to schedule anything and a few weeks have now passed. As a business owner, I take great pride in my customer service and this company obviously does not.

Had an appointment with Paul today. He called and said when he will be arriving. He arrived and first thing I asked was do you have a mask and shoe coverings. He said no, I said I can give him one. Then he said we are all vaccinated and shouldn't be an issue. I said I don't want him in my home without a mask. He did a 360 and left without a word. I guess Alpine doesn't need the business. My neighbor gave such great reviews I guess Alpine was not meant for us. I see Paul has had bad reviews in the past. I think Alpine might want to look into this. As he is not representing this company well. FYI, he didn't ask why I had this requirement and he shouldn't make the assumption everyone has his mentality. He doesn't know I just had brain surgery, he doesn't know I am the only care giver to a senior citizen with many health issues. During this pandemic I have been extra cautious not to allow myself to get sick, cause I don't know what may happen if I did. For those out there who think the same way Paul does, think twice before you make your discisions that may affect others. Thank you.

We have had this company install real wood shutters in multiple houses that we have owed and I would recommend them as they do a great job! We have had many compliments on how great they look and the workmanship. Not to mention how they enhance your home. If you want quality and reasonably priced real wood shutters look no further!

What a great professional company! It feels like so many companies lately love to disappoint you....not Alpine shutter craft! I was looking to have 19 windows get shutters added to them. The rear of my house had ugly blinds and most of the front side had other blinds. 9 windows needed to be color matched. Paul came out and gave a great bid. Not the cheapest estimate (rarely trust that one) but very reasonably priced. I trusted he could deliver with a great product and Alpine did! Jo and his team came through and were clean and professional the whole time. Even when things were just perfect, jo and his team went above and beyond to make it perfect. They even navigated 6 windows that were 15 ft up. The class and professionalism and communication was spot on! I have been in sales for over 20 years myself and I have seen it all. They were truly great. If you need shutters for your home, call Alpine. They will take great care of you. Thank you Alpine!

David and Joseph are awesome!!! Do not hesitate to purchase from them - great price and unmatched customer service. They initially brought shutters that didn’t quite match the color on my woodwork, they brought the shutters back and color matched them. They stayed in communication the entire time, came the exact time they said they would. They made the shutter fit perfectly. I love, love the shutters! Highly recommend!

I had shutters put in about 2 years ago. I love them but like another consumer said, if you have problems later down the line they have no regards in coming to fix anything. I have been calling for weeks. Someone called me back to come out, but NEVER showed up. I called back with no response back at all!!! This to me is very poor customer service. SO you will rather take the customers money right away, then not address the issues the customer has. MY SHUTTERS COMPLETELY CAME OFF THE HINGES!! AND NO ONE HAS CALLED TO COME FIX THEM

I would definitely recommend Alpine Shutters! Paul was great and very easy to work with. He came in was super quick at getting measurements and giving us a quote. Installation went quick and the shutters are great quality. We absolutely love them!!

TO RETRACT A PREVIOUS REVIEW...My shutters were in need of repair. I spoke with Dave at shutter craft and he Himself came out and looked at my shutters, Took them back and repaired them like new! They even took the time to look over and adjust my other shutters! After 8 years they still stood by their warranty. Thank you again!
