This location has no Zipcar presence. I arrived at 5:30 AM and the entire building was closed even though the open time showed 24 hours.

The woman behind the counter was rude. I understand she was stressed about the line of customers that she was dealing with. When I said sympatheticly "you look like you need help"She lashed out " If you don't like the service you can get the hell out!" I paid and left.

Very bad service and attitude the old man who works late at night . Looked like he's tired of his job and when asked for a lighter gave attitude to me and asked me for ID ? Who asks for ID for a lighter ?? Don't recommend this place at all . Fire the person in charge ..
