I purchased bedding from this store and 2 weeks later tried to return unopened, sealed, items with receipt and the store manager refused to honor the return policy. She accused me of using and repackaging the items. I suggest don’t shop here or take a photo of your items at the time of purchase so you have evidence of condition at time of purchase.

Store manager would not honor the return policy. I bought a set of sheets and tried to return 2 weeks later. The sheets were all in the original packaging and unopened and I had the receipt. She claimed the sheets were used because there was a hair on the sheet which she then realized was on the outside of the package. Then she said the pillow case had a suspicious wrinkle and refused to allow return of the pillowcases. As soon as I said I had a return upon entering the store she was suspicious and tried to find reasons to not accept the return. She somehow believes I opened, used the pillow cases, and then perfectly repackaged them while the fitted sheet and flat sheet were unused? I included a photo of the pillow cases she claims were used. I strongly advise you don't shop here and if you do, take a photo of the merchandise at time of purchase because that store manager will look for reasons to not honor their store return policy.

I purchased several decorative pillows and even though I was very indecisive they were lovely and helpful. I was able to take pillows home and try them before making a decision. Beautiful store, beautiful merchandise, and helpful employees. Stephanie Kayden

If I could give zero I would do so. This comes from the top at Head Quarters. They select poor managers and encourage inner Turmoil. Yes Marika was a snob. But That is who they promote. T

My mother went to this store December 6 - she was ready to spend over a thousand dollars for bed covers. The sales lady actually told my mother this store wasn't for her and made her feel like she didn't belong. What a horrible interaction for her.

The sales granny in this store, Marika, is the rudest person you're likely to encounter in Menlo Park. More suited for selling cheap imitation goods at a bazaar than Yves Delorme. Avoid at all costs.

I recently went to a party at this store and the manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. I love my new towels and I have my eye on a plush blanket! They have a beautiful array of quality goods (and so unique too!) and I will definitely be back when I want to spoil myself or someone else!

Just bought a set of sheets on sale and they are gorgeous!! Very kind lady helped me tremendously with choices and details! Love the quality of the sheets - great design! They also have wonderful robes and table cloths - Great service and great products!

I will no longer go in this store. After being a good customer for years I am done. I bought a beautiful robe for $295, and the first time I wore it making breakfast I realized it was on fire - sleeves, back, everywhere. It happened very fast and I'm lucky it didn't burn my hair or worse - but when I took the robe back to the store they looked at me like I was from Mars, didn't apologize or show concern, wouldn't give me a refund. They made me wait a week before telling me I could have store credit. Still, never apologized or showed concern they are selling flammable items. Really incredible. No wonder no one is ever in the store...they should not be in business.

One star is too much..I have never been greeted more rudely anywhere. Without going on and on, I was treated dreadfully the whole 3 minutes in the store. I was shopping for a new mattress that I had seen in Sun Valley and heard they carried it. Wanted to get more info and was told if I was purchasing at the other store that there was no way she would help me. I have no alliance to the other store and was just shopping. Simply wanting a mattress. Walked out after she rudely went off on me.

The products are very nice however the business practices at this store don't match the caliber of the products nor the cost of the products. I had a very negative experience with furniture I bought from this store. In the end, I did receive some compensation for having to get the furniture refinished. However, that did not happen without having to contact customer service and voicing a complaint at the corporate level.
