I needed to get medication from the pharmacy. Unfortunately they were closed, I went to try to start my car, and it did not start.. I ended up having to leave it in the Walgreens parking lot. I called Walgreens and I got this really nice assistant Manager named " Johnathan".. he made sure to put a note on my Car, so it would not get Towed until I pick it up tomorrow.. his customer service skills were incredible.. I would highly recommend this store!!

I wish I could give zero stars to this Walgreens pharmacy. It's the worst place to pick up your medicine. They tell you to wait thirty minutes but it takes an hour, even if the medication was ordered five days ago. Why do they even have the pharmacy, close it and just have the store. It's the same thing every time. Wait in line, wait for another hour and wait for days.

Stay away!!! The pharmacy here is an absolute train wreck. Woefully understaffed by undertrained people who appear to have transferred over here from the DMV.

AVOID SENDING MEDICATION TO THIS PHARMACY. Called the pharmacy and waited 10 minutes to hear someone on the other line hang up on me. They also kept putting me back into the queue prior to that. Terrible. I'd walk in and complain but it would be a total waste of my time.

I made an appointment to get my RSV vaccination at the Walgreens on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park. I had to wait quite awhile, and that was annoying, but that is not why I'm writing this review. When the pharmacist came in to give me the shot, his white coat, which I guess is meant to make him look like a professional medical person, was absolutely filthy! I asked him about it and he said that's what he was given by the store. I asked if he'd tried to wash it and he said yes (not sure I believe this, but maybe). I got the shot anyway as he wore gloves and the needle wasn't near his coat, but come on Walgreen's. If you want to be seen as a credible medical provider, you need to up your game and at least adhere to some basic cleanliness protocols. I will not be going back for any more vaccinations.

The service here is awful. They don’t fill prescriptions on a reliable schedule, I’ve had to call in multiple times to get the script filled. And there’s always a long line to receive your prescription. If only our insurance would work with CVS…

The pharmacy here is horrible. I called on my lunch hour at 1:30 and the pharmacist told me it would be ready in 30mins. I came to pick it up at 515pm. With on girl at the window the wait was long 35 mins to get told my RX was not ready and I have to wait 20 more minutes. The pharmacist has no since of urgency. Which is absurd to be since I’m in health care. We all hustle in health care!

The prescription & delivery service was excellent. Walgreens has partnered with Doordash and they have greatly improved their Pharmacy customer service.I had my prescription transferred fromRite Aid to Walgreens because my Rx product was back ordered for over (3) weeks. Ridiculous

I came here for a single item purchase and a single item return, pretty simple you would think. Started out in line at one checkout station but got redirected to a second station. This employee said she could not help me and directed me to a manager located at a third checkout station. The manager then told me he could not help me because he was "too busy". There was nobody in line before or after me at the second or third checkout station. Two items as I said.He directed me to go back to the original checkout station. This person said I would need a manager, whereupon I told her that I had just spoken to her manager and he sent me to her. She reluctantly finished the transaction.Four checkout stations for two items. Nobody wants to work here. Everybody seemed to be in a sour mood and it was only 10AM.

Long lines, rude service if you are able to get serviced at all. Also prepare to be assaulted.

Great location (5 stars) and good selection of stuff (4 stars). However, TAKE AWAY 100 stars for locking condoms, pregnancy tests, lube, and other sexual necessities. Behind plexiglass! As a middle aged, married woman, I resent having to "ask permission" to get access to the items necessary for my sex life. I'm nearing 50, so I don't want a baby, but I do want intimacy with my husband. The prices were also Very Expensive. Will not shop here again....if this policy is consistent across all Walgreen's, then I will shop elsewhere. You say, "theft". Yeah, yeah, whatever. If anything ought to be FREE (or stolen), it's birth control/sexual health stuff. In other countries or places, it's 1) free, 2) available in vending machines in restrooms, 3) not locked away so you have to ask to get it, 4) if not free, then affordably priced. Insulting!!Maybe the San Mateo Public Libraries will start offering these items along with the free menstrual supplies? Never again, Walgreen's!

Terrible service. It's take 1 hour to get to them by phone. Your medications orders are always delayed. They completely ignore the fact that it's patient lives they are playing with.
