The staff, one lady in particular, is very rude and wants to charge for a box at every chance. I’ve been there 3 times with the same problem. I just stopped there and she said she could not ship my item in the original packaging (it was perfect for shipping) and I went to another UPS store close by and was able to ship without any problem. Would be great to have a good level of service at this location.

They would not take a package that had a prepaid label already because they did not want to have to lift the box. Said it was not okay and I needed to take it to another upstairs store. Close to 60 lbs but I had paid for that full weight. Took it to another ups store where they had no issues.

It was extremely convenient. I had an important meeting, but also had all my luggage with me. Being able to store the luggage safely right near the meeting was incredible.

Todd and Maribel should not be in a customer facing role. Rude, short and act like you inconveniencing them. Awful.

Not helpful. Any time there is something complicated, they refer you to the adams street main office. When I go to the adams street office they say the Sharon Heights branch was incorrect. The ups store in Menlo Park on El Camino is much friendlier
