One star because i cant give zero paid ti redirect my package the access point then rejected my next day air package and curretly cant tell ne where it is nothing but problems recommend using orher delivery services

These people are ALWAYS nice and helpful to be SO busy! I don't know how they do it because someone is ALWAYS complaining, looking for special accommodations? How do they do it? Impressive!

UPS never delivered and then after getting through to an agent on the phone I was able to get it sent back same day to the hub here. I was told to show up between 8 and 9pm and although the customer door was closed a driver showed me through the employee entrance where JD was able to find my box - thank you!

I wanted to leave a review for Adrienne D., a clerk at that location.My (very important) package was not delivered on the day that it was supposed to be delivered, and there was no movement at all on the tracking history, which did not bode well.I didn't get much help from the UPS toll free number. The last tracking location for my package was "Menlo Park", so I went to the Adams Court location to see if I could find it there.I found Adrienne, who took it upon herself to figure out what had happened to my package. She asked, searched, and finally reappeared with my package. She also explained what might have happened that made the package to seemingly vanish.Thank you Adrienne, you were an angel like I told you that day!

Heads up for people who had packages rerouted to a customer service center to pick up. Go to the location listed online.My package location was listed online as San Francisco, but when I asked the customer service line for the exact street address, the rep insisted I was wrong and that it was in Menlo Park even though I mentioned multiple times that on my computer screen it was supposed to be in SF.I get to the Menlo Park location and was told my package was in San Francisco. I’m upset. Again, I ask for the street address and the guy said it was in San Bruno. Tells me the address is on Forbes Ave.I go to the Forbes location - it’s in South San Francisco, so I figure it sounds right enough. Except, it’s wrong AGAIN. The reps here tell me my package is in San Francisco and the street address is on San Bruno Ave.Two hours wasted driving from my home in SF.

This review is for my UPS carrier Drew (not sure about his last name) based in Menlo Park. Drew was my UPS person for the past 3 and half years in RWC until I moved a couple of months ago. He is always friendly and professional. Every time my dog Nori heard Drew at the door, she hopped to grab her favorite toy to share with him. It’s safe to say he is one of Nori’s favorite humans and I think the feelings are mutual. ?I recently ordered medications for my dog but it got sent to the old address (my fault). Drew remembered Nori gets medication from this particular place (printed on the shipping box) and it’s something she needs to take everyday. He immediately reached out and got the package rerouted to my new address. Nori now will have her meds on time and can continue to be the happy silly dog she is. ? Thank you Drew and thank you UPS for having such a wonderful person on your team!

Can't even express how mad I am. Was waiting for the delivery for 3 weeks. Changed the address 2 days before scheduled delivery but they still tried to deliver to an old address. Took them 4 days to process new address (20 mins away from the old one). Finally I told them I'll pick it up myself from the warehouse, they provided me an address, I came there but it wasnt there, of course. They called the driver, he promised to deliver it same day. When I came back home, I found an open empty box next to my door (there was supposed to be iphone 14 btw). The driver decided not to wait for me to sign it or contact me and just left it there. The package was meant to be signed by me, otherwise they can not just leave it there, due to the Apple policy. Terrible service on the phone. Would never recommend it to anyone

I am astounded by how bad UPS has recently become in my area. Not only have I had delivery issues for the past year, but this latest experience has been the worst. We received a valuable piece of art from a deceased family member in a box that measured approximately 5.5 feet by 4.5 feet. How does UPS lose such a large box and then ignore the customer's pleas for assistance? The shipper was told they would be paid, and that was the end of the matter. Some things are more valuable than money, and UPS does not respect their customers enough to investigate a 5.5-foot-tall missing package. To put this in context, the box was as tall as a person and still lost. Our next step will be filing a police report because something fishy is happening at the Menlo Park center.

Like many reviewers, I have had multiple experiences with the UPS driver from the Menlo Park center claiming that I rejected my package when I was not home. I called their customer service only to be gaslighted each time into thinking it was human error of the driver. It's not a simple human mistake when it is done repeatedly, at this point it is done intentionally. Why not leave it at my door? This UPS driver, I believe, is untrustworthy and capable of theft. When I asked about the procedures for filing a complaint with the Menlo Park office, I was told there was none and that they can only warn the driver. This particular office is starting to put a sour taste when it comes to UPS as a whole, I hope this driver receives enough complaints to get fired, because they are a definitely a bad apple for UPS' reputation.

4$ pay cut to its hardest working employees, back breaking labor, no ergonomics, poor management and an even worse union. Dont give money to this sorry company. Your package is getting tossed hard costumers, fragile or not. This company is embarrasing.

Horrible experience with a driver from the Menlo Park center. The truckman refused to tender the package and then started to lie. Obviously, it's impossible to file a complaint via the contact/support of the UPS website. If you have problem, take picture of the plate number and truck number and file a complaint in the small claim court. Google "small claim court" to find the court of your area. The fee is nothing, it can be done online and UPS will be forced to answer and to send someone.

Kinda slow because it's really a warehouse and getting someone's attention and having them walk and find you takes a while but they had my package and gave it to me, what more do you want? It was great really.
