I accidentally broke one of my camera lenses on my phone and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes. I have had no issues since and my phone is back to taking photos! I thought given the labor and issue, it was a really fair price and competitive with other places. I would definitely go back here for any electronic issues and recommend to anyone!

Phenomenal place - extra pleasant, competent, efficient computer and telephone tech and repair shop in the heart of Menlo Park (so easy parking as well). The owner and employees take the time to offer real and valuable advice, customized to my varied needs. The pleasant, quiet atmosphere makes communication with staff a pleasure here - a vastly better experience than making one's way through the chaos of an Apple Store. Smaller is beautiful. Support this business. I hope it thrives.

Took my pc to get the PSU replaced and it was a quick and easy process. Latif is a knowledgeable guy who doesn't mind explaining the process. He also gave updates throughout, which was nice.

Tech Loop helped me to efficiently and definitively diagnose problem with my MicroSoft Surface computer. We decided I should move to a new computer and they had an almost - brand new computer that was perfect. So much better design. They got me up and running right away. Letif and his team are super competent and very pleasant to work with. This will be my regular "go to" for computer needs!

Awesome place. I broke my phone camera and needed to get it fixed so I could give it to my daughter. They replaced the camera on my Iphone 13 in 2 hours. And added a phone case on top of that. Can't recommend enough!

Brought in my laptop because no matter what I read and did, I couldn't get rid of the darn security pop-up ads that are so annoying and interfere with work. I like they were open on Sunday. The other possibilities weren't. Letif Majid, the person who helped me deserves a 5 star. I was embarrassed yet he was gracious, kind, and safe and he answered all my questions and then some. I would highly recommend him.
