Renna came in and took care of everything. She called me a few hours after I first contacted her and she viewed my property for sale the next day. The day after she had a team out to my home for evaluation. She has a Project Manager, Interior Decorator and Contractor on her team. In short order Renna had the house fully remodeled and looking brand updated ready to sell. I left California while Renna and her team took care of everything. What a fantastic effort throughout always staying in touch by email, text and phone calls. Renna knows the neighborhood, she knows what is selling and how to sell. The property was sold in a week well above asking price. I could not have asked for anything more. If you are selling you cannot go wrong with Renna.

I don’t often sell a house so I can’t say I’m familiar with any real estate agents. However, I would find it hard to believe that any agent could exceed the level of service, support and professionalism that I experienced recently from Renna Shee. From our first engagement through the close on my house, Renna was there to make this a smooth transaction. On day one, Renna and her team (decorator, landscaper, contractor) assessed my sales opportunity. They then put together a comprehensive plan on what needed to be done to insure I got the best price possible for my house. With a small investment on my part, Renna’s team executed the plan flawlessly. This resulted in not only getting a higher than expected price for my house, but, because buyer was all cash, also resulted in my ability to close in 7 days. Amazing! I would highly recommend Renna to any potential seller if your goal is to have a professionally handled, smooth sell of your house.

From the initial consultation call where she walked me through the homebuying process extensively to ongoing check-ins where she helped guide me through property tours and strategize on what property would be the best for me, to the final offer and closing process, I felt very confident that there would be no questions left unanswered and no issue left unaddressed with Renna as my buying agent. She's attentive, responsive, detail-oriented and very well-connected with other realtors as well.She also follows up even after closing to help address issues. I feel like when I sell my property in the future, I would probably go with Renna as well.

Everything seemed great until the house actually went on the market. It was a rainy day and Renna didn't reschedule (the next weekend was beautiful). Not many people came to see the house and there was only one offer, but I couldn't get Renna to extend the open house. Then came escrow, one line item was $10,000 more than expected. Turns out the prices to fix up the lawn and interior were not what I agreed to.
