Adri & Connor both helped me at different times of the day, both times I came in they gave AMAZING customer service !! I found exactly what I was looking for & learned some more about back health, they were very informative & went above & beyond what I’d consider typical customer service for soo many of the places I’ve been to, GO SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS-YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

They really understand all the types of back issues people have and how to facilitate relief. Very helpful and knowledgeable and can relate well with your issues with a focus on really trying products out to make sure they solve your issue

I walked in out of curiosity to what this store might offer as I was experiencing back pain. Adri, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and patient, explaining their various products. She's a fantastic listener and came up with some great suggestions. I purchased a product and even tried out a massage chair, which was honestly better than the last IRL massage that I had received. 100% would recommend this particular store for their amazing staff.

Dealt with Adri on a couple of occasions and she was wonderful. Patient and explaining of the chair features. I also like their display floor that contains much more samples than other Relax the back stores.

chair is great and delivery was before time and Adri was very helpful, my biggest complaint though the installation was quick but the installers were not considerate…They did not have booties for their shoes nor they were masks…

Best sales staff I have come across in a while. They listened to our every word and worked hard to find a zero gravity chair that would work for us. They found one in stock (at the warehouse) and it was delivered in a couple of days. We chose the Novus and it delivered with a heat timer issue on the back heat controller. We chose the Novus because it is great and American made. I called the mfr. and the phone was picked up right away and they are putting a new heater timer in the mail right away. Zero Gravity chairs rock!

Outstanding service - from start to finish - The managers at Relax The Back found and ordered exactly what was needed to repair the armrest on a much-loved, much-used chair, and then provided the repair service itself, thanks to their excellent tech. Many thanks!

I purchased my second chair from RTB. The first one, years ago, saved my neck and I used it for years. (Sold it due to covid). Adri helped with my current chair. She was awesome. The chair arrived much earlier than expected, and I picked it up and brought it home, and then realized there was an issue with the fabric. She made me an entire new chair, and brought it to my house today, and picked up the old one. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this store. Great products

Adri and team are phenomenal. I went in looking for a zero gravity chair to relieve pressure on my back. She clearly, efficiently, and patiently showed me options from for chairs from basic to premium. Ultimately, we found a chair that met all my needs that was cheaper and better quality than the chair from design within reach I was also considering. Thank you Adri! Loving 911: Lone Star (already finished the series) and I've started Big Sky!

Update as of 4/12/21 The entire process has been a nightmare. The crux of the issues are ..... this Relax the Back store is individually owned and operated. What does it mean for you?! * If you order, you pay the full amount and hope that there are no shipping delays from the manufacturer. In my case, I paid and waited 2 months for a chair. Meanwhile this store is holding onto $1300 of my money. Hypothetically, if the store went out of business during the 2 months, I could kiss my money goodbye. My advice: 1) Put a deposit down and pick-up your purchase from the store. Don't have the product shipped directly to your home. 2) If you go the route of drop-shipping, don't believe the shipping date on the Sales Order. 3) Remember the staff in the store is paid on commission. They make money when they sell. You should be skeptical of anything the salesperson says. Lastly, don't believe when the salesperson says, "I'll give you shipping updates" OR "Please pay in full so we can place the order." * If you buy from this store, you should be prepared to do the legwork of calling, emailing and leaving voicemails multiple times on shipping updates. Don't expect much post-sale customer service from this store. Don't call the website # because they can't do anything. In my case, I mostly chased the manufacturer, Humanscale for shipping updates or issues with the chair. I couldn't get any updates from the group that runs the website, which is a separate party to this store. My advice: 1) Relax the Back resells product so try the product in the store, THEN order directly from the manufacturer.

Highly recommended. This store has a great selection of life-changing furniture coupled with excellent customer service. I purchased a Human Touch recliner and am very pleased with it. Its extremely comfortable and the heat and massage are very nice bonuses.Jamie was my point of contact did a great job of making me aware of options and alternatives. She and her manager helped me finalize my selection and I could not be happier. They provided very individualized service throughout the purchase.You won't be disappointed in the products or service.
