Awful awful customer service. My husband and I came in on a Sunday afternoon. Not a single other customer in the store. Yet, the sole customer service person could not be bothered to wait on us and gave us both dirty looks. We left and won't return.

I really like the products Pharmaca offers, but the service makes it hard to be a loyal customer. Another reviewer said they feel as though they're "unwelcome" or a "burden". Same.

Love the organic medicines and the European feel of the place, and you can also get vaccines. Will look for one near my new home in Southern California
