Tyson Kennels
3735 Haven Ave, Menlo ParkMy dog has gone to Tyson's since he was a puppy. He loves running around with all the other dogs. They are great with him and he always comes back home tired. The staff is awesome, happy to switch to overnight stay if we need last minute and even help with diet restrictions when it comes to treats. They are all very friendly and love the pets that come to visit for the day or stay for boarding.

Cafe Zoe & Neighborhood Pizza Guy
1929 Menalto Ave, Menlo ParkI'm a first timer for the open mic event. I didn't order food because there no seats available. I stood up most of the time, however I enjoy the cozy neighborhood feel of the place and I will return since it's only a mile away from my place.

La Stanza Cucina Italiana
651 Oak Grove Ave Suite H, Menlo ParkCame here for dinner with friends and had a great experience! All the pasta dishes we ordered were delicious. I really liked the pasta with the pear and ricotta filling. We also ordered the pork chop dish which was very tasty. The restaurant itself has a very nice ambiance and is perfect for a date night or a nice dinner with friends/family. The only con is that the portions for the pasta are slightly smaller than I'd like. Overall, a great experience though!

Saint Frank Coffee
1018 Alma St, Menlo ParkI am floored. A fellow coffee head recommended Saint Frank Coffee and while I always believe people's recommendations, this one was one of the best. We ordered a vanilla latte and since they are apparently known for their pour overs - one of those (i'm sorry i couldn't tell you which one, i was sleepy). Latte came out immediately as we paid at the next window. Pour over took about 5 minutes and was brought over on a little wooden tray (super cute!). Latte: smooth, simple, loved it. Pour over: Yea ok I understand now. Ya know how some people say they don't like coffee because of the taste? They say it's bitter or has a bad after taste, or something like that? If I knew anyone who "wasn't a coffee person" and I brought them here, had them try the pour over, and they STILL didn't like coffee -- then ok yeah I'd accept that they don't like coffee. The pour over here is phenomenal, so smooth and perfect and wow.

Bob’s Country Corner
3207 Alameda de las Pulgas, Menlo ParkWhen I pulled up to this location there were trucks galore parked all around the surrounding area. There was a line of blue collar workers about 15 deep. I order their pulled pork sandwich and it was great. Also, their potato salad was the very best I've had at a deli. What a gem of a location and my go to spot for lunch when I'm in the area.

Canteen
550 Oak Grove Ave, Menlo ParkNice place, with great service and ambiance. Our drinks were excellent, while the food was ok, and portions were small and pricey, even for Pintxos (tapas). Seems unfortunate that tapas in the US never seem to be presented in the same spirit as in Spain or Portugal where they always seem like simple, affordable snacks. That said, I would probably go back as the location, drinks, and service are all great.

Oak + Violet
1400 El Camino Real, Menlo ParkTonight, we stopped by Oak & Violet to catch the live music. Ken, an acoustic guitarist and singer, performed, and his voice and guitar skills were fantastic. We liked him so much we asked for his business card for private events.
We were impressed by the ambiance, and had a great evening enjoying cocktails, wine, and appetizers. The service was excellent, and the patio ambiance was cozy.
While street parking is limited, the restaurant, located inside a hotel, offers free valet parking for two hours, with a $10 charge after that and additional fees for overnight guests.
We’ll definitely be returning for more live music!

Counter Point
4200 Bohannon Dr Suite 120, Menlo ParkI recently visited Counterpoint with friends for brunch and had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the **Garden Omelette** with fresh veggies and Monterey Jack cheese, the flavorful **Veggie Breakfast Burrito** with feta and pico de gallo, and a refreshing **Seasonal Yogurt Parfait**. The **Breakfast Sandwich** with ham, avocado, and aged cheddar on a toasted croissant was a highlight. The friendly and helpful staff made our visit even better. We had a great experience and can’t wait to return!

SAJJ Mediterranean (Menlo Park)
883 Hamilton Ave, Menlo ParkMy colleagues and I have ordered catering for events and Sajj is our all-time favorite! The food is delicious and Sajj does an amazing job confirming the order and delivery details so that we don't have to worry about the delivery details. They also print out the full ingredients of every dish, which makes it so easy for every person to make sure their dietary needs are met when selecting items from a buffet. We love Sajj!!!

Menlo BBQ
555 Willow Rd, Menlo ParkI'm new to Menlo Park and thought I'd stop by and try their Korean barbecue and I'm glad I did! The chicken teriyaki and beef bulgogi was tender and tasty! I also enjoy how fresh the greens were and how lightly they tossed the dressing on salads and rice was made to perfection! There was a young man there that gave me a complementary kimchi - I did appreciate that ! I finished the entire entree and will for sure be back ! Thank you!
