Ross helped me understand the maintenance jobs that my car needed and worked with me to get the necessary repairs done for my car. The multi point inspection report was extremely helpful. Pricing was alright, pretty similar to other places. I had already tried finding “cheaper” locations but you don’t get the same service quality at Stress Free Auto. They also helped me with transportation to my work after I dropped my car off! I will be going back for my other services.”

“Extremely happy with the service at Dean's. I have a rare Mitsubishi Delica that most shops won't work on and had some troubles while road tripping through Portland. They were quick to take me in and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Even better, they discovered in their diagnosis that the problem wasn't as severe as we suspected, so instead of convincing me to do all the expensive work they found a solution that saved me tons of money. El was overly communicative and happy to help. Hard to find shops like this.”

“I took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush - and saw that the front wheel fork was in bad shape when they hoisted the car up.Al gave me a very fair estimate for the car, and a loaner for the duration of the repair.
Then, while putting the parts in, they noticed that two of the bolts were stripped, and they had to order new bolts from Mercedes. This took an additional 2 days, and added only around 80$ to the repair. Al let me keep the loaner car till my repairs were done!
I know from experience that nobody else would keep a car back for 2 days for an extra 80$ in repairs - these are some of the most professional people I have seen. I will definitely be bringing my car here again.”

Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. “Once again Oil Changers Redwood City came through for me. I returned from a 10 day vacation at 10:00pm, having left my car at home. The day after I returned I started the car to go to work and a check engine light came on. BUMMER!
They had just changed my oil (following their full service plan checking tires and fluids) 2 months and less than 1500 miles ago.
I asked if they could read a code, and Kevin did so, no questions. Kevin told me Code #P0301, #1 Cylinder Misfire. He also performed the fluids check and tire check; all with no charge, offering me advice to see my mechanic, which I will do on Monday, (I immediately called from the Oil Changers parking lot to schedule. )
