Vet will make me wait for more than 10 minutes but when I was late for 2 minutes they cancelled my appointment and worse charged me. Been taking my dogs here for several years and they don’t know how to honor me as a customer. Never again! Take your pets somewhere else.

I always bring my dogs here for their regular check ups.. And everytime, they are very inefficient and most of the time, late! Vet will make me wait for 10 or so minutes but when I was late for just 2 minutes they freaking cancelled my appointment and worse, they charged me! Seems this is their style to drop and collect but excuse me, no crazy pet owners will allow that, with their 3 star over all rating, I am not surprised if this hospital will shut down in the future..

I went to mid-pen today to get 2 vaccination shots for my dog. Checked in at the scheduled appointment time and then waited and waited. Finally I went to the front desk to ask about my appointment and she said she couldn't see that I had checked in!? Then they proceeded to take another client/dog who came after us for the same shots. They are completely disorganized, always seem to be running late and the front desk staff is not helpful or friendly. I was at Adobe earlier this week and they were fabulous...on time and friendly! Save yourself headaches and go to Adobe!

I unfortunately had to take my little girl (Chihuahua) in for an abscess that developed due to an incorrect vaccine she was given elsewhere. The fantastic staff and doctors took great care of her and I'm grateful for their help. It was a traumatic experience but I'm happy to report she's back to normal and doing well. Highly recommended should your pet require medical care.

Hard to get an appointment and communication between their staff is scattered. Feels like they are stretched and stressed and the clients/pets really feel it. You have to be vigilant to ensure you get the right care/meds/procedures for your pet. We do not feel we can rely on these folks and it's disheartening.

I'd like to preface that this review is based on my experience with Dr.Janet Lowery between August and September. I had a 10 year old Dachshund who very likely had cushings disease and had multiple abnormalities in her blood work. During my first appointment 8/25, Dr.Lowery barely made any contact with my dog which I found strange since most vets do a general physical checkup. She later discussed course of action: bordetella vaccine, blood draw, and heart worm test, I was not given or offered a price estimate before taking my dog to the back which ended up being over $500. She did not come back or ask if I had further questions and the appointment seemed very rushed.Next, 8/29, I was asked to bring in my dog due to bruising from the blood draw. I was then asked if I could stay for a few minutes so the vet could discuss the blood draw results with me. I waited for 40 minutes and Dr.Lowery still had not come by to speak to me. I left and received a phone call later on listing everything abnormal with the blood draw results with no room for me to ask questions or explanation of the information Dr.Lowery was throwing at me all at once. I was driving at the time and asked if she could send me an email of the information she just told me and how it's affecting my dogs health, she agreed and only sent me a copy of the blood work with no explanation of what it means. The last straw was that same evening, I was told I would receive a call from Dr.Lowery at 6:30 pm to answer any questions I may have and did not receive a call until 7:24 pm. During that phone call, I asked once again if she could send me the information she told previously in an email and explain what it meant so I have something to reference back to and I can begin to understand exactly how my dog's health is being affected. Her response "It's far too complicated, I'm not going to even begin trying to explain it all to you. You just have to have a certain level of trust." She proceeded to throw more information about tests and the bloodwork, etc, again without room for me to understand and ask questions. Later I asked her for information about cushings disease, what can happen if left untreated and how it affects my dogs health in the long run. Dr Lowrey, a doctor of veterinary medicine who's had 40+ years working in the field, told me to go google and do my own research into cushings, find out what it does and anything else I'd like to know. Then after I do my own research, come to her if I have further questions. She stated I'm essentially asking for a medical explanation and that she doesn't have the time to explain everything to me, she then went on to tell me of other work she has to complete that has absolutely nothing to do with myself or my dog. When I reached out to one of the owners, a woman named Carol finally responded to me after 2 weeks of trying to speak to someone. She explained email was not the general way they communicate with clients and that "Dr. Lowery always give super detailed explanations, sometime more than people can take in. She also uses a lot of medical terms which not everyone understands at first. Her client's generally like that style." Obviously her "style" isn't what was working for me and I explained I needed more explanation and time for me to ask questions on multiple occasions. I reached out and paid for professional help to care for my beloved companion and was met with the recommendation to do google research first before consulting with the doctor that's supposed to be caring my dog's health. My pet and her health was not a priority or an importance to Dr.Lowery. I DO NOT recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly cares for you, your time, and your pets health and happiness.

Vet told us that they just put our dog in the kennel all day. They said they did all these test and couldn't find a problem. They were ready to send our dog back to us until we complained that there was definitely something wrong, you can easily see it her behavior. We pointed it out and later they called back saying that they noticed the pain and are prescribing meds. They keep stacking up "tests" to find out what's wrong but they are unable to identity the problem from all these test they are charging us for. They're just trying to make money off us by charging us for unnecessary "tests" before they actually do their job and proscribe a treatment.

Care is fine. But every interaction is a cumbersome headache. This place is might as well be operating back in the 1980s. There is an upsell of some sort lurking in every interaction. They won't interact with online pharmacies, so you end up dealing with a logistical cluster. For your pet's sake, just go elsewhere.

The waiting area outside in the parking lot where they make pet parents wait is filthy. They don't allow you to enter with your pets into exam room. I gave this place two chances after reviewing Yelp reviews raving about this place however after my experience I will not return. As a pet owner it is up to us to ensure our pets receive the proper care they need regardless of there breed we have to speak up for our pets. Pet parents beware if you speak up your pets pay for it. we're to begin.. to get an appointment takes a little over a month and a half if the front desk makes a mistake it takes longer. in order to schedule an appointment they require a deposit. I made an appointment for my pets confirmed date and time with front desk. day of the appointment get a call to confirm appointment time for the day, I show up and am told I missed appointment and the receptionist who called me in the morning advised me of the appointment time being changed to an earlier time. I reassured the person on the phone for check in i was not notified they were changing my appointment time, I was told I missed the appointment and would need to reschedule. no acknowledgment or a sorry nothing just appointment rescheduled for end of next month and i had to pay fees. when I arrived for the appointment the front desk made another error affecting my pets care and they advised me I needed to come back on another day again no acknowledgment from front desk or management not even an apology. Front desk staff is not knowledgeable and is negligent. The vet herself was nice I don't recall her name but she advised me to take my pets elsewhere for continuity of care, that alone was a red flag for me. When I called back to obtain a ask ? about the prescription diet for my pets, they were confused. When I recueved a call back from back staff theh wanted to schedule an appointment for vaccines. (good questions and an appointment for vaccines is two different things). I gave up at that point and scheduled with another vet to get my pets seen for the original concerns I had requested the original appointments to be scheduled for. There seems to be a lack of communication between the back office and front staff.
