Menlo Botanica did the florals for our March 2024 wedding, and we were so thrilled with the end result. Leighsa was so easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. She took our budget and pintrest inspiration into account and created amazing florals that exactly fit the aesthetic we were going for at our wedding. Her team also went above and beyond setting the ceremony florals up in the rain. We would wholeheartedly recommend Menlo Botanica to a friend.

I normally call a 'new-to-me' florist and go over what I want by phone, but I was pressed for time and ended up ordering from the website - and I was blown away by the beautiful arrangement they delivered to my friend. If only I had more SV friends with flower emergencies so I am writing this review in lieu of all the business I wish I could personally send their way. Don't hesitate - they are the terrific!

We passed by before Easter and the arrangements were so beautiful yet delicate. I couldn’t help but purchase one (initially for our home) but decided to gift it to a friend. They even put a bow on the travel box which is also a very nice presentation. Their location is quite hidden so it felt very cozy and special shopping here. The owner Amani or Mani, gave our kids such pretty long stemmed roses. Will return for sure!

As well as a review for the PERFECT flower shop, this is a thank you for the most warm and personable floral customer service I've found in our area. I have ordered several arrangements here and each time my friends have contacted me to enthuse about the gorgeous flowers they received! As well, they have always mentioned how very nice the delivery person is. To me it is worth the cost to give a gift of flowers that are fresh, abundant and arranged creatively and MB scores top notch That said, trust in a floral vendor is huge for me. Based on the really wonderful experiences I've had with Menlo Botanica, I trust them to deliver exactly what I intend for the ones I send flowers to. They've never failed me. Lastly, when I have phoned in my orders, the lovely woman who has taken my orders has left me smiling. Apologies for not having her name, but thanks to her for her kindness and grace and as well, thanks to the delivery person who has treated my friend with the same grace and kindness.

I'm impressed by how Menlo Botanica handled my order to send flowers to a friend who's mother had died. (I live in another city, and found Menlo Botanica here on Yelp!) Lisa gave me her full attention on the phone when I described the particular circumstances, and she carefully described various options and prices. Her kindness and attention were outstanding. The flower arrangement was gorgeous; my friend loved it and texted that it "made me feel loved." That's exactly what I had hoped to do.

I’m a repeat customer and believe the flowers are beautiful. But I placed an order for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my mom who doesn’t live very far from this florist, and they were not delivered until the end of the day. I of course understand that it’s a busy day, but it’s extremely disappointing to place my order 5 days in advance and $28 for shipping within a 2 mile radius and not know when they are supposed to arrive.This wouldn’t have been an issue if the expectation had been set prior to the delivery date so I wouldn’t have had to worry about where my flowers were. I had to call twice to ask for the delivery status. When I offered this feedback on the phone, it simply wasn’t acknowledged, i was just given excuses about how many orders they have, how difficult it would be to promise a delivery time, how busy of a day it is, etc. $142 is not an insignificant amount of money to spend on a small flower arrangement. I don’t need to be spoken to like a child upon sharing my experience and feedback. I understand things happen but would hope for some acknowledgment and accountability for the inconvenience to a paying customer. I probably would have been prioritized if I had purchased a more expensive arrangement.
